This review it's for their breakfast / merienda menu only…read more They have fixed menu options that are pretty cool with good prices . I went with one of those, it included coffee, toasts, yogurt with granola and a small OJ. Very good coffee (actually I was pleasantly surprised with the quality); awesome bread for the toasts (huge bread slices) that came along some tasty jam (not the cheap type that they slide to you in some places) ; homemade yogurt with delicious granola; finally, small but REAL orange juice. Considering the high quality of the ingredients they offer this makes even simple things way better. It's quite hard to get all this in just any cafeteria in this city. PS: the patrons are mostly middle aged women and the decor goes along.. The small "Barbara" in me felt quite comfy...

So the ambiance is the best part here. Everything else you can get else where. It's right next door to a movie theater so naturally it is a fitting plan to have a coffee here afterwards. Nearby Cabildo and Juramento it is also extremely easy to get to and from The prices are alright and you can pay with a card with is always nice. Postres are the best, for a snack or just to wander by and get dessert, otherwise the dinner options are nothing to rave about. When it is crowded you need to be patient because there are few waiters for the amount of people that can fit outisde.

My husband and I walked there, exploring the neighborhood was fun. Once we arrived we sat at a sweet little table in the window and settled in. Food-wise, the bagel was amazing. I don't really know why it was so amazing - you would think you can't do much to a bagel but I'll be thinking of this particulate bagel for a long time. We also ordered the avocado toast which was good. It was filling too! The coffee was great. We even stayed for a bit after breakfast and sipped coffee and chatted. This is the kind of place I can sit, sip coffee, read and people watch for hours!
