So, my family and I were in Sacramento for my niece's wedding and staying at a motel 1/2 block away. We asked the staff at the motel to suggest a place for lunch and they pointed across the alley and said take a small left. There it is. So we went and we were a little aghast when we entered this place. Not so big. Not so fancy. No cute little hostess with a bundle of menus under her arm. But the cooks are very friendly and call out to you as you enter. It was good fun to sit on the stools and watch meals being prepared right before your very eyes. The cook was flipping burgers and frying up some potatoes and who knows what else. So, for some good American food with lots of flavor, go to Jim Denny's. You will be glad you did..

Presently, I would rate them as one of the least responsive businesses that I have ever encountered at any level. We had one of their alarms in our business which required service, and after indefinite stalling, lies, and excuses, and a partial/incorrect installation, we sought out the services of another alarm company. It was the wisest thing that we did, and I would recommend to others, go the same route. Unfortunately, Yelp does not provide a zero rating, which is probably what this company deserves.

You rent their router and it goes out…read more You buy your own and have it set up with tech and he takes their rented router then after 1 day it is out again. This company should be put out of business. Hold time over 2 hrs and the support tech said they can't do anything about issue if if isn't their router but they still charge me $80 even if it hadn't worked for a month. This is disgusting.
