I won't go into a lot of detail…read more The manager Jaylen M was so rude I ended purchasing a screen saver and turned around immediately to ask for my money back. I have never been treated like this in my entire life. Even if he was having a bad day he could have walked off the floor and asked someone else to help me. After I returned the screen saver I just purchased (still in the box) I did share with him I was going to call corporate headquarters. His response was Go ahead I don't care. Chris and Matthew were great while we were in the store! Bonded with my dad and totally sold him on the whole package. Then quoted us a price of $60 for everything. They even corrected me when I questioned additional charges he would incur. They insisted that was the full price and extolled the virtues of simplicity and reliability of the products. Now, 10 days later things are not working as advertised and the tech that came to the house didn't complete the work in a way that provided a seamless transition. We returned to the store to talk to dads new pals and Matt won't be in until tomorrow and Chris? Well at first he a yes like he didn't know me, the. When I said our experience was awful, he shrugged his shoulders, told us to cancel if we didn't like it and walked to the back room. We reached out to AT&T and that wasn't as great as expected, but a tech is scheduled for tomorrow so we will see how that comes out. At this point, even though I, personally have been with AT&T for more than 20 years I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
