I've been using their services for years. I only had 2 installment payments left but wanted to pay them off before the new year. I called to schedule having the remaining amount paid off in full out of my bank account on my following payday, they said they set it up. I was happy. Cash is tight, I needed this paid off. This morning I checked my account... they took out the installment amount... again. I called them immediately, and they made the correction on the spot! So quick, I was impressed!
