They sold them frozen and uncooked. I got 10 for thirty. They tasted great. I was happy with the buy. The farm was big. It is family owned. It had different types of animals. They roast pigs here, Cuban style, only by order. I was hoping to have Cuban pork but they didn't have. The farm was very clean. They had other items for sale like fresh yogurt, eggs, cheese, fritters, and meats. I wish I could have taken pictures but they prohibit them. The staff was helpful and friendly. They speak Spanish. I found what I needed.

We got there early watched some of the parade at 10:00 caught the end of an armadillo races. We saw a few friends and had a great time. It's fun for all ages and a great way to re-live some of my small hometown memories of life in a small town. Pro tip visit the food venders early before or during the parade. Wait times are zero. Wear comfortable shoes and go under the bridge to cross bridge at because the police are trying to keep traffic moving on bridge st. Food 4 indian fry bread/indian burgers/pumpkin fry bread was delicious swamp cabbage in a cup was good too. Not a big fan of this delicacy. The fritter version was a little better with hot sauce. The The LaBelle Heritage Museum is part of the LaBelle downtown historic district. The museum is…read morelocated in the historic William Hardy Poole Store built in 1911 which was purchased by the museum in 2011. Besides serving as the Poole Store and home the building was also a church, the O'Ferrell Honey House, and most recently a real estate company. Now it is the home of the LaBelle Heritage Museum. The purpose of the museum is "to gather and disseminate the history of the county's pioneer families. To preserve historical sites, buildings and artifacts. To promote historical research by the protection and safe keeping of all materials relating to the significant development of the area. To present programs which make history "come alive" with special emphasis to our younger generation." The museum is currently undergoing renovations. It is being remodeled to make room for museum exhibits on the first floor and office space on the second floor. The H. Aiken-Rider home has been moved to the property and is located at the rear of the parking lot. It is being used as the temporary office & display area. The museum also owns the Rider law office and the rotary steam turbine that Edward Christopher Warren, an associate of Nikola Tesla, designed and installed in the Herreshoff yacht Navette, which was built for J. P. Morgan in 1901. When not closed due to the virus, the normal museum operations are Thursday. Friday, and Saturday from 10 am to 1 pm. It is staffed by volunteers. I love this kind of small town history museum. Apparently work on the museum is going slowly because they have to rely on grant money. When they finally finish the museum it will anchor the downtown historic area. I admire that they were able to save some historic structures especially when so many have been demolished.
