Months ago I completed the documentation as to whom lived at the residents to receive mail. I continued to receive other people's mail and made numerous personal trips to the facility to return the mail. Several complaints were made to Postal Service in Washington DC. However, the complaints did not resolve the issues. The situation is ongoing after months to correct the matter. A private in the military are trained to correct errors from day one in the military. This is the reason why you need to hire veterans to get it right the first time.

As my stepdad works for a trucking company as well, I know that if they do cause one and they don't have a disclaimer on the trucks, they will take care of any damage caused. I called the office to let them know, and the ladies who answered the phones were extremely rude. They were arguing and yelling back and forth. One of them claimed to be management, but she was yelling and arguing. When I said they had terrible customer service, (as I am a customer service manager with a different company - I know how customers should be treated) and they had the excuse that I was not a "customer" and that because they have been in business for 50 years, they knew they were great at customer service. I'm sorry to say, that although the business itself has been around for so long, that does NOT mean that the employees currently there are giving their best customer service. There was no apology for the situation I am going through, and there was absolutely no empathy. These women just wanted to argue. They hung up on me several times mid conversation, to the point where I got extremely frustrated! Of course, if you are interrupting me and not listening, and then arguing, I'm going to be pissed off! And because of my anger that these women caused, I then used profane language. Apparently, at that point, they can just hang up without saying anything. These two women caused ALL of my pain and frustration with this company. At this point I don't give a shit about my window, but these two women were absolutely horrid. I would NEVER allow my call center representatives EVER speak to someone like that, regardless of the situation. The only reason it was escalated to that point was due to these two women having the worst customer service possible. And even though I did not pay your company for a service, I definitely could have had the opportunity. I will now NEVER even think to use this company, with this awful service. I wonder how you would treat other people, or even the other employees in this company. Whoever has this "manager" above them, I truly am sorry you have to deal with someone that wretched. To not even care about your company's reputation, it just shows how they would care about an actual customer or their own employees. I'm absolutely disgusted and horrified over these two women. They would not even give me their names. Think twice before using this company. I know I'll never use them. Period.

I work for the post office and I know our mailbox was fine. They were rude and the woman that came to look at the damage was not a nice person. I wouldn't use a company that is this disrespectful about a $40 mailbox when I'm sure the state paid them really good for paving this road. Stay away from a company that does business like this.

This business also offers notary services which is amazing. I went it and was helped by Jecia and she was extremely nice and helpful. She made sure my documents were up to par and they looked how I wanted them to before printing and charging me. I am always happy to support small owned businesses in the area! They have a variety of boxes and packing supplies that they offer as well! Another fun tidbit is that they have products inside from other small business that they have for sale! For some reason 630pm is the NEW closing time. So a 10 mile drive, find a place to park, get all the stuff ready to ship and watch the door locked in front of you. Let's not ignoring you as you stare through the glass and eventually yelled at "new COVID hours" and "weopen tomorrow at 9" and then they go back to pretending you don't exist. Literally all I needed to was hand them a pre paid package. Would have taken 30 seconds. UPS - hire some decent folks. Garbage at this location. Update: so I revisited the store during the regular store hours. I wanted to go to another store but it was far away. When I arrived there was a very long line and I thought "great, another reason why I was right to be so hard on them the day before". I really didn't want to have to use this location again. However, the staff was working without issues and being attentive to customers. One clerk saw my lengthy returns and walked me inside to what I assume is an amazon express lane - it took about 5 mins to return it all as I had the forms on hand. I retract my experience from the day before and raise it to a 3. I needed a mailer package and it took about 15 mins to pay for a $1.50 item. Too long but I don't think they staff was intentionally moving slow - just accommodating customers. Not bad .
