The solution I was given was to spray some WD40 in the lock and if that doesn't work, come into the post office and pay $35 to replace the lock and wait a week for new keys. I was told that even though it's their mailbox and they supplied the lock, it is not their responsibility when the device fails.

Been here a couple of times to send some packages and my experience here has been satisfactory so far. The parking lot is moderate size with a few parking spaces In the front and a few more in the back. There are two self service machines that you use to buy stamps, print labels, and more. There are never enough staff so there is always a line no matter the time of day. The hours of operation on weekdays are usually 9am to 6 pm which is great compare to usps in Maryland where they closed at 4:30 pm. All in all, I would recommend anyone who need to use usps services to come to this location.

Small town post office that looks like it has been there since 1900. This is a one person…read moreoperation and don't come between 1-2 because they are closed for lunch. The place is pretty busy so it will not be a quick bang bang trip. We were outssiders as everyone knew everyone inside here.
