I had an issue the day prior at a similar type store in Oxnard. Then I came to PostNet and I was impressed just walking in the door. It's so clean and professional and welcoming. But the best part was Joe. He helped me immediately even though I was 30 minutes early for my appointment. He was friendly, extremely professional and very knowledgeable. You'd think he had a degree in fingerprinting (maybe he does?). Anyway, I was just so pleased with the entire experience that I had to post this and I never write reviews. I truly hope PostNet sees this and knows what a gift they have.

As it was, he packed the entire house up basically by himself (with a little help from me) we managed to fill up 2 entire trucks ( in spite of countless Goodwill runs and filling 2 dumpsters before the move!) The guys arrived at the designated time and loaded up the 2 trucks in an hour less time then quoted, with an inventory of what they took all made up & for my review at the end. We feel they gave us a totally fair quote and when our escrow got held up overnight, their holding fee was a fair one. In spite of changing our moving dates at least 5 or more times, Aaron was always calm and assuring to me each time that it was no problem and that it happened all the time! I really appreciated it too since we all know how stressful moving can be! The whole crew was awesome! Everything was so carefully wrapped and the six men working on the move were all very friendly, capable and strong young men that I cant say enough good things about, but thank you so much! This other company inspected my unit and said I needed to replace the entire system at a cost of $12,000.00 to $20,000.00. They offered a 10% discount if I signed a contract at that moment and had them replace my unit the following week. I didn't sign the contract. Instead I called AirWorks for a second opinion. The AirWorks technician was friendly and knowledgeable. He inspected my unit and determined the system was working fine. He said the water pump had failed and that's why I had water on the floor. He was able to replace the water pump in just a few minutes and it only cost me a few hundred dollars. Since then my heater has been working well and I've had no issues. Moving forward I will always call AirWorks first because I trust them.

Great sales tactics on their end if you are evaluating them from a business standpoint. Lots of AI interface and lack of personal human approach to business. I had an issue with my furnace. They came out and diagnosed it, and did the repair that day. Days later when I went to use it, same issue. They came back out and diagnosed two other issues, no mention of why we don't think that those things weren't present the first visit. So I paid for first and second visit. I think I should have been refunded the first visit since clearly that service didn't fix the job. Oh and the best is they already started trying to up sell me a whole new system...they installed mine 10 years ago. They were better 10 years ago.
