The guy who works there does not hesitate to provide a label or extra tape when necessary. When I was there a second time, there was a couple scrambling to finish up some paperwork for a passport, but the UPS guy came for the noon pickup and could not wait for them to finish their paperwork, and then left. The shop owner let the couple have all the copies and envelopes he had provided them for free, then gave them directions to a nearby place that had a later UPS pickup time. THAT is the sort of personal, generous customer service that will make this my go-to mailing place.

RAC, I've noticed gets the shit end of the deal when it comes to delivering UPACK/ABF Freight. I…read morereceived constant lies and misinformation from UPack. First, the pressured me not to contact RAC transport with my freight package and to solely go through UPACK. This is BS. If I didn't talk to RAC, I would have blamed them for all UPacks faults. 1) They would not give me the local carrier company information. 2) They said RAC will only deliver Monday and Wednesday. This is a lie. I called RAC and they could deliver m-f. Which is annoying when trying to plan a cross country move. 3) They said my UPACK will be at my house in 4-6 business days. Another lie. My freight reached RAC after roughly 8 business days. While confirming a speedy delivery and I'm still without my items. 4) When I called about my freight they said again not to contact RAC. And though I am still without my freight I've been in contact with RAC they proved with they care more about getting me my freight more then upack. So my advice to everyone, just call and be nice. They are a great help and solid communicators. If you work through your dilemma with them they will problem solve. So my advise before blasting RAC be civil and talk to them. If the employee seems disgruntled it's likely because you have little clue to the stresses you put on them with your disgruntled attitudes. This is a well-stocked shop with everything you could need for shipping. I brought in a large number of boxes of shoes that wouldn't fit in my car for the drive home. Yes, they are in their boxes because it is far easier for a shoe hoarder to store and organize ones collection. The owner was in the store the day we went in and he helped pick the right box and customised the box so nothing moved and to reduce the cost. He finished the packing, printed out the shipping and tracking labels and receipt for me, and we were on our way. My package arrived on time and undamaged. I couldn't have been happier.

This was one of the worst delivery experiences I've had, and it needs to be said clearly: FedEx…read morefalsely claimed a delivery attempt that never happened. This was a large item (a bed) being delivered to my daughter's new apartment. After multiple delays, the package was finally marked "out for delivery." We stayed home all day waiting. The item did not require a signature. At the end of the day, FedEx marked the package as "delivery attempted - business closed." This was being delivered to an apartment, clearly listed as a residential address. That claim makes no sense and is simply not true. There are cameras at the apartment, and no FedEx driver ever came to the property. No attempt was made. No note was left, despite their claim that one was. The "proof" photo they uploaded didn't even clearly show a door and certainly was not our location. To make matters worse, FedEx has successfully delivered other packages to this exact same address, leaving them on the porch without issue. There was nothing preventing this delivery except a failure to do the job. Because of this, my daughter went days without a bed in her new apartment, and I had to spend additional time making multiple phone calls just to get the package delivered. This was not a simple delay. This was inaccurate tracking, a false delivery claim, and a complete lack of accountability. Extremely frustrating and unacceptable.

Best thing to do is if living in Adams county wherever your ordering from just make sure there's other options than fedex because Henderson will screw your order all the way up.
