The "health" part of their health grocery store marketing is laughable if staff is not wearing masks, gloves, social distancing and sanitizing like all of the other grocery stores in the county. While I adamantly support local businesses, with this level of negligence happening in front of customers, I will not be back. This brings into questions the practices that are happening at this store when customers are not around.

There's free parking and you don't have to be a mountain goat to get back to your car. The main entrance is clear and accessible. When we walked in just before 7 am, a smiling volunteer welcomed us and asked where we were headed. It's like he wanted us to be there! Everything was clearly marked, the parts of the building we accessed made sense, and all of our needs as patient and family were met! The doctors, nurses, and aides we met were all happy and friendly and seemed to know what was going on. It was truly unbelievable. Like - are they pumping aerosolized happy juice thru the ducts? Everyone who came in to care for my mom gave us their time. They were not rushed or snooty or frazzled. Her nurse, Tracey, was amazing, and went over everything with us for her care plan in detail. Everyone seemed like they were happy at their job. And so many helpful volunteers!! Just can't say enough good about our experience - well done, IRMC!
