The staff here are super helpful and friendly. They are always at the register and on the floor crushing up and down the isle to help when it's needed. I pulled the tree & took it into Helms with receipt in hand for either a replacement or refund only to be responded with "We don't take trees or shrubs back as we don't know how the customer took care of it." Why would I spend the time/money/energy into purchasing a tree, planting it, & tending to it only to have to dig it up & return? I know other places like Home Depot, Lowe's, & Costco have a 1yr guarantee on the trees & shrubs. So I recommend going to those other businesses as they honor & back the products they sell!
