    Been a loyal customer of Verizon for 15 years and this store made me want to switch carriers. I…read morebrought my husband over from US Cellular. It took us 3 hours to get our plan activated with no explanation as to why we were having problems switching my number from one Verizon plan to a new one. RJ was passive-aggressive and less than helpful. My husband sat on the phone with the service department for 2 hours trying to figure out the problem while RJ sat on his phone and washed the windows. When we were finally done on the phone and ready to proceed we had to wait on RJ because he was helping other people. To then "expedite the process" RJ started clicking through our contract and accepting the terms until I said, "If that's our contract shouldn't we do that??" He claimed we were getting the teacher discount and trade-in discounts. We were not told how to send our trade-ins, or how to activate the discount. We had to sit on the phone with billing for 2 hours getting it straight but unfortunately, due to RJ's lack of competency, we are still getting charged $120 more for our July bill than we said it would be. Reached out to the manager Nick and the district manager Amelia but took 6 days to hear back from one of them. No apology for this horrible process, how much time we've spent figuring this out or the complete lack of customer service by his employee. The worst Verizon service my family and I have experienced in 15 years.

In short, I paid for the device (trade-in your old phone/upgrade) in the store and they did not apply the discounts. I have been being billed for a phone (that I paid for in the store), 2 smart watches & an iPad (that were Free) on my monthly bill. I have both called and gone into the store multiple, multiple times where I am put off and told that a Manager 'Nick' (who is the individual who actually set up our plans incorrectly in the first place) or Holly, neither of which have returned my call ONCE. Now I am being told that too much time has transpired after months and months of communication. I feel like I am 'stuck' and have been taken for a ride by TCC Verizon. This cannot be that difficult to sort out. I would not utilize this store in a future purchase as they have been dishonest and ineffective.

This was a slow day, I waited to become an account manager to upgrade, and after all that they didn't accept my phone for early trade in because of a "scratch" that was so small, they needed 3 sets of eyes and magnifying glass!!! If theydve told me my phone wasn't eligible, I would've been in and out in 5 minutes. Instead I talked to customer service for 45 minutes with the manager played Tetris and stood on his high horse. My wife does most of the routine business of the household that involves paying bills so I had minimal encounters before... The first big issue was with my mother, first as a customer and then when she passed. Prior when she was living she had dementia, another sibling had taken her to Verizon, she had similar upselling and charges, for things she wasn't capable of using. I had to get involved there to get that reversed so all she had was a flip phone so she could make calls. Also got autopay going.... she couldn't remember to pay bills.... .That was a BIG mistake. Following her passing, multiple months trying to get the service and bills stopped. Even w/POA and Executor documentation, I could not get into her account to see status or do anything. They kept insisting on a PIN... Local store said there was much they couldn't do, online they wouldn't talk without a pin from her account. Even to the end, the store was saying I still had to pay some of her bills even for months after she had passed and couldn't use the service. My wife set up Verizon service for us some years ago, mostly because I was doing a lot of travel in remote areas of Idaho and Verizon served that area. Most recently, I was looking for a new phone. I went to this location twice... FIrst, to check out general options as my phone was starting to have problems. The guy very obviously was after a sale, but he at least gave me what I needed...He couldn't let me see account info or specific numbers because my wife opened the account so was account manager status, even though one of the phones on the plan was mine, payment by our joint account. But I understand why there is caution giving out account info and he got me what I needed... approximate likely cost/potential promotion options for me to replace my phone. A week or two later I came back with my wife.... to get me account manager status and to discuss together which phone to get as the phone really needs replacement.... Basically I asked exactly the same as the first guy prior to ensure those promotion offers were still accurate and I would know about what it would cost me..... but it turned out to be a nightmare. He kept trying to frame the conversation to his way of selling on features I might need, etc. He refused to give me comparative prices or whether the promotions were the same and if we were eligible. He said he would have to work up an individual quote. Back and forth, over and over, I did not know which individual one, it was between several partly based on price. He kept insisting I ID one phone to work up a quote. Finally, I was angry.... no yelling or profanity, but really tired of this guy and his refusal to give me basic comparative numbers... I told him I wanted quotes on this, this and this... three different phones. Period. He walked back into that locked employee place in the back.... Was gone about ten minutes... During that time my wife and I decided we did not want to do business with this guy. My wife suggested we tell the manager we wanted someone else, but I was done w/the place. I mentioned to another employee we were leaving....as we were walking out I saw him walking out that back room.

The reason for my review is a particular representative, the store manager, Michael C. He was extremely knowledgable about in store, online and what could only be done corporately. He spoke to everyone who walked in the store. He told us about bundled accessory deals, pros and cons to phones, and was helpful to his coworker as he multitasked. While we were waiting, he showed my Husband features in his android watch. Michael was just extremely pleasant to work with. He has and showed us the new and cool flip phone too- very tempting. Commendable customer service.

    BUSINESS OWNERS WARNING!!!! Avoid this store!!! False…read morepromises and ruined business credit rating!!!!! I am writing this to warn other business owners about the complete lack of integrity at this Vitra location.As a business account customer living in a close by yet rule area. I was initially assured that my signal would be fine. That was a lie within six days, I brought all the equipment back to this store Because the phone could not make calls out, and the Internet was completely unstable. Instead of processing the return Tanya Brown, (the business account manager) and Cory Bowles (the district manager) refused to take the devices in store. They promised they would mail me shipping labels because there was a glitch in the computer system. I did not receive those labels until the end of February 22nd 2026!!! Between December 11th 2025 and February 22nd 2026 I spent multiple days and countless HOURS on the phone. I have actually logged over 38 Hours of my personal time just on the phone that was Highly Stressful each and every time. Not to mention the over 17 Hours in store, and 3 Hours writing emails!!! trying, pleading, to get a resolution to this issue and the labels every time I was told, sir we will ship you the label multiple times I went in store to ask why do I not have the labels?by stalling, being promised I would receive the labels any day,They intentionally ran out Victra's 30 day policy window even though corporate has a 90 day policy window in which things can be done. Don't misunderstand, I'm not talking about return policy, this is the policy for being able to do things when any account has tried to return and cancel contracts ( Which I attempted to do on day 6) I have knowledge that the commission monies Tanya alone received from my business account was upwards of $800 -$1,200 Tanya and Cory repeatedly promised me this would be resolved that I would get a full refund of my $307 and that my business would not be reported negatively to Dun & Bradstreet and Experian business and Equifax business credit bureaus...they (Tanya & Cory)lied again, and our account has now been reported severely damaging our business credit, our business reputation, our relationships with other investors, this is absurd and unnecessary, and the worst business customer service I have ever been a part of or even heard of this was done, maliciously and purposely I have demanded through emails help so I am now reviewing and demanding an immediate escalation from upper management of full refund and written confirmation detailing exactly how this damage to our Credit will be deleted,forever removed, and how this will be resolved. The person we spoke with was unsure of themselves and it made us question if they knew what they were talking about... we ended up waiting for all that time just to leave with nothing. Total disappointment and a frustration waste of time. PS: They also need more chairs! Currently there are 3 for waiting customers and since waiting is INEVITABLE, there needs to be more seating.

The level of service and care she gave was amazing, patient with the older not techy folks that arrived and also those of us that had extremely detailed questions on cameras in Android phones. I was impressed by her knowledge, communication and ability to look up answers when she didn't have all of them. Only downside is I felt not all the fees were disclosed when settling on a phone. It has been multiple years since my last phone purchase and after selecting a phone and being told the price, at checkout I was told about multiple other fees...new line service fees, data transfer fees etc, and that the trade in would be credited over 36 months. It over doubled the price of the phone I was purchasing when you look at the trade in value of my old phone. Very impressed by the location, never seemed too busy but also only 1-2 people working at once so you may have to wait if there is another customer being helped.

After finally speaking with one of the employees, I'm realizing it is because no one here has any idea of what they are doing. Something to be aware of is that there is no special discount you get from buying in the store and the employees don't know more about the phones, your plan, or your bill than you do based on the online portal. They are a middleman. The representative we spoke to seemed annoyed to be dealing with customers. I'm not sure of his name, but his identifying feature was oddly wearing sports goggles. I was trading in my iPhone 14 for a 16 pro. He side-eyed me and said in a leary tone "....so what's wrong with your phone?" Um, nothing, it is in perfect condition. Am I not allowed to want a new phone with a better camera? He then told me the trade in value for a phone is "random." Yes, he said "the computer randomly assigns a trade in value. It could be $700, it could be $800, there is no way to tell." Which is simply not true. He also was very confused by our plan/bill, which WE ended up walking him through. Finally, he said "yeah....I don't think you should buy a phone today. Your bill will either be $40 cheaper or $10 more a month." First of all, I never asked for recommendations based on the bill. Second of all, how do you NOT know which it is going to be? I left so frustrated. However, I went home and ordered online which was SO SIMPLE. Avoid this location at all costs.

I walked out frustrated.
