Visited the store in early July 2024. Very limited selection of Cuban cigars, nothing more than any…read moreother store in say Vienna, Munich or Frankfurt. All statements about the exclusivity of this store, its owner, and available cigars is just some internet hype.
I considered getting a box of H. Upmann, but I had doubts about how these cigars have been stored and decided just get one to try first before I commit. I am so glad because this saved me a huge disappointment later. The cigar was dry and tasted very stale.
The store owner didn't contribute to this mediocre experience by making me feel as nuisance.
Save yourself a trouble, visit the similar stores in Munich or Vienna. Better selections and way better customer service.
