This review is purely for an online order through website connected to this store…read more At the time of writing this review, I've had 9 customer service interactions that have not resulted in my issue being resolved. I have sent photo documentation, which I've also included below, to this company indicating that I ordered a PSG blue home stadium Messi jersey and was instead, incorrectly sent a PSG black third stadium Messi jersey. Despite how clearly I have documented this, and despite trying to address this by their customer service email process (customer.services@store.psg.fr) and by their customer service phone number, I have not yet been sent, nor has anyone offered to immediately send my correct item - the item I paid for. I have conveyed all of this by email to customer service reps, Pat, Charlie, Jesse, and Lane and by phone call to customer service rep Nella. I have asked 4 times to speak with a manager and have been told that managers are inaccessible if you call and ask to speak to one - that the only way to contact one is through the same main customer service email address I indicated above. Nella even indicated that she could lose her job by contacting a manager directly to assist a customer. I was also told that, even though the email customer service process seems to be resulting in confusion because multiple customer service reps are involved and end up asking for the same information repeatedly, there is no way for me to email the requested information directly to the customer service rep I'm speaking on the phone with. As a customer, who received an incorrect item, (and as someone living in the year of 2021 where technology has advanced us far past simple email and phone call - where we can actually have access to BOTH and at the same time!) the process seems purposefully designed to create a circular form of communication that does not have the PSG store company take accountability when an error is made. Their concern, as a company, should be rectifying their mistake, which they very clearly made. However, given their most recent response to me, it seems their bigger concern is getting the incorrect item back, as that's what they are requiring of me first before they send me the item I ordered and paid for. And, on top of that, nothing in the options they've given me takes accountability and compensates me for their company's messing up of my order. I would like the item I paid for shipped to me immediately because what has occurred at this point is I have paid for an item, their company has my money for that item, and they have not sent what I ordered. That's theft. I am also asking for the 5th time, to be contacted by a manager. Given this company's current approach with addressing this with me, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THAT ANYONE PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THE ONLINE STORE.

Ballers beware: these guys know how to play…read more I'm a North Carolina native who spent years trying to find solid streetball in Paris ... look no further than the Charlemagne courts. Situated just behind the Eglise Saint Paul in the heart of the Marais, you can be sure to find great pick-up all weekend long. When the sun is out, you can shoot, but generally not until after 5pm (school is in session, which means baguette-wielding children running around). I've been playing at these courts for almost two years now, anytime the sun is out, and it is awesome. 4v4, make-it-take-it is the name of the game. You don't have to come with a team, but if you show up solo, make sure to be vocal about getting on. There are three hoops, with at least one used exclusively for 4v4. This means there is always a basket to shoot/mess around on (enter children), but if it's nice out, 2/3 courts will be taken up with competitive streetballers. It's a welcoming environment, so don't be intimated. Just make sure to say "j'ai la gagne" if you ever plan to get on. NB for soccer players: don't play near the courts unless you feel like getting yelled at. This is one of the few places in Paris with solid basketball, and it's a matter of respect to not kick a ball on the basketball court. NB #2: on weekends, the games get intense from 3pm onwards. This means better competition, more players vying for a spot, and a much harder time for individuals to get on (teams start to form and seniority begins to matter)
