However, this is not the case at the Home Depot in Brownwood. This store is pretty much the same as most Home Depot's, as far as what they offer for sale, but what makes it different is the high quality of the people they have working there. Most days, when I walk into this store, I rarely make it more than 60ft inside before someone is asking if they can help me find something. The employees here seem to be happy, have friendly personalities and genuinely care about helping the customers. No matter where you are in the store, you will find someone nearby that is ready, willing and able to help you solve whatever home improvement issue that you may have. Whenever I need parts or products for around my home or I need something for my gardening/landscaping, I always stop by the Home Depot first.

Basically, they damaged it when doing that. The longer it sat the more the door sagged. It was after 48 hours that we noticed it getting worse. I called 5 days after it was delivered. They refuse to correct the problem. We should have gone to Southwest appliance. We will in the future and NEVER buy another appliance from Home Depot.

Once I paid $$$ for a beautiful carnation cake as shown on the site, and what was recvd was nothing like the pic, in fact what was recvd was a plain and simple bouquet of roses and carnations worth about 1/2 of what I paid...it left a big bad taste in my mouth for 800-florists that's for sure. We went directly to Davis for this Valentines Day, and so glad we did. The flowers and fruit basket were delivered per promice when we ordered them, AS we ordered them. May, TX is about 20 miles from Brownwood, but that didn't detour them. I paid for a 3rd tier product, but the actual quantity of flowers was on par with what you would find in a grocery store. I also left a considerable tip for the "driver", but I later learned that my older parents were asked to come and pick up the arrangement for themselves, despite choosing a "delivery day", "driver tip", etc. I've never heard of that before. I am very disappointed with the service I received, and it was a departure from the service delivered in the past. I will not be patronizing Early Blooms &Things again. We're all experiencing "unprecedented economic times", and that stopped being an excuse in Covid times. Do better, and stop ripping off your customers.
