They refuse to correct the problem. We should have gone to Southwest appliance. We will in the future and NEVER buy another appliance from Home Depot.

I ordered some fresh cut flowers to throw in a local lake preceding my brother's release of ashes…read moreafter his Celebration of Life. After hearing the costs of different flowers I simply asked for about $50 worth of daisies, sunflowers, etc. with the stems and leaves cut off so that they would float. I was assured that for that amount of money I would receive a plentiful and nice bunch of flowers. My daughter picked the flowers up for me on the morning of the Celebration of Life. She immediately texted me a photo of the pitiful mess that looked as if they had been in a plastic bag filled with water overnight. The stems were so long they had to be re-cut to float and many looked so bad that they had to be thrown away. Perhaps, had the person at the florist been pleasant or if all of the flowers had been fresh, I would not be posting this. The florist only quoted prices of each flower when my daughter questioned her and would not budge on the price or even offer to add more flowers. We ended up buying two bouquets from a grocery store to save the day. These were beautiful and much, much cheaper! Live and learn! I've added a photo of the bag that we received. I will never use this florist again. Very disappointed and this caused more stress in an already difficult situation! Shop elsewhere.

The price charged for a blind Mother's Day bouquet…read more(not able to choose or customize arrangement) and the quality of the actual bouquet were orders of magnitude apart, despite maxing out the quality category. I paid for a 3rd tier product, but the actual quantity of flowers was on par with what you would find in a grocery store. I also left a considerable tip for the "driver", but I later learned that my older parents were asked to come and pick up the arrangement for themselves, despite choosing a "delivery day", "driver tip", etc. I've never heard of that before. I am very disappointed with the service I received, and it was a departure from the service delivered in the past. I will not be patronizing Early Blooms &Things again. We're all experiencing "unprecedented economic times", and that stopped being an excuse in Covid times. Do better, and stop ripping off your customers.
