Justin stayed in contact for over 6 months sending periodic listings matching our criteria but was never pushy. I am a Realtor myself in the Nashville, TN area and during that 6 month of timeframe we spent considering an investment property down here, I called multiple other agents to interview for who I wanted to work with. Out of every agent I spoke with, Justin continued to stick out as the best option well above every other agent. We came down on Memorial weekend, giving Justin only a few days notice of our arrival as it was a last minute trip to come look at properties when things opened back up from Covid-19 shutdown. Justin obviously had several other clients he was juggling but always made sure he showed any property we wanted to see and if he could not get there, his assistant was available. After writing an offer on a unit in Miramar that received multiple offers, we decided to reroute and purchase a beautiful new construction townhome on 30A that backs up to Topsail State Park and we could not be happier with our choice. Justin assisted with negotiations keeping our best interests in mind, was thorough with inspection process, provided a final walkthrough video since we were out of state and even took care of a few things that he didn't have to both before and after closing. We feel like we not only gained a 2nd home in this transaction but also a new friend. If you are considering a purchase or sale in the area, I wouldn't consider anyone else, Justin Endsley is your guy!

I can't even begin to put into words how absolutely phenomenal they were! We worked with Kim specifically as our property manager and she was so great. We really liked how their process was set up. If there were any concerns with the property, Kim told us immediately. We ended up moving overseas for 3.5 years and during that time frame, we switched tenants. I can't imagine dealing with all of that while being overseas. We experienced minor tornado damage to the property and Kim was on top of it. She was always open and honest. She kept things fair for both us as the owners, as well as our tenants. We fully trusted Kim and never once had to worry about anything. It was such a huge load off to know we had that! She really was such a blessing. We decided to sell the property in 2021 and got teamed up with Donna. Donna was just as incredible as Kim from the very beginning to the very end. She made the entire selling process super easy. She was open and honest about our options and walked us through every step and answered every question we had. We live out of state and knowing we had someone we could trust to take care of selling the property was a relief. From our end, the selling process was easy. We know that's because Donna is such a phenomenal agent and took care of the heavy load of things on her end. In the eight years that we worked with Assurance Realty, whether on the Property Management side or the Real Estate side, we knew we could trust them completely. Honesty, integrity, and professionalism are important. Assurance Realty of NWFL, LLC goes above and beyond for their clients. I simply cannot say enough good things about them.

If you know your exact property lines already and just need a survey to be done for administrative purposes, they're probably great and their prices are low. On the first attempt, the stakes for my property were placed extremely far off--over 17 feet (north) INTO my property one way, and 7 feet inside of our property another way--and the front part of our yard isn't even that wide. It was obvious without measurements, as the line ran through the middle of my front yard. Additionally, he staked into my already-fenced in back yard - insinuating that I had fenced several feet of my neighbor's yard as my own. I got out my old survey and confirmed this was wrong. I raised my concerns right away, and they agreed to redo it but the owner insisted that the same person come back out, despite my request for someone else (I was concerned because it was SO off. I do have photos & videos of everything). Initially, I was told the error was due to them relying on our old survey 'as a base'; however, I was able to confirm their mistakes by reading that same survey myself (I bought a measuring wheel for accuracy) which suggests it was not interpreted correctly. The second attempt was much closer, but still not accurate for the middle of our property. We decided we needed it redone after they left the 2nd time, so we were able to get accurate results afterward. I did not receive a full survey document, as I only needed accurate staking. Unfortunately, accuracy was the main issue here, and that's critical when it comes to property lines. While they did come back to try to correct the mistake, the final result still was not reliable enough for my needs, even though it was better.

I looked on the website and found a property that my wife and I were interested in. Thought it was a unusual procedure to do a self certify to view the property unescorted, we chose not to use this method as the website was asking us to click on a link and upload our driver license. With all the scams going on now, we were wary to use that system. We did due diligence and found their office after much ado as it is hard to find. It was closed, during routine business hours. I called the number on the door and it was answered by the owner of the company, and she was very pleasant. She told us that she didn't personally handle the residential end of the business but her office manager did and she would have her call us. We did get a call within 30 minutes or so from the office manager. She proceeded to do a preliminary interview with us on the phone and asked about if we had a dog. ( it is a pet friendly property we were looking at ) We said yes, we had a English Mastiff. Her immediate response was " you're kidding! " I said no, not kidding, she is a puppy. The manager said " do you know how big that thing will get!" I said yes as we had recently had to put down our Mastiff mix after 13 years and it broke our hearts. She said she would have to talk to the owner and see if they would agree to such a dog and she also advised us on what all we would need to do insurance wise to protect them and the owner. I assured her we were very insurance heavy. She said she would get back with us, haven't heard since. That has been our experience, not a great one, at lease do what you say. We probably will not do business with them.
