It's a great facility and is still fairly new and clean. I take the first classes in the mornings and it's never full so you don't have to worry about being wait listed for a class just yet. The online reservation app makes it super easy to reserve and cancel your classes on the go.
The workout itself is great! It pushes you to your own limits as the trainers will always tell you your speed options on the treadmill (beginner, intermediate - heroe, advanced- super heroe) It's a similar format to Barrys Boot camp with each hiit round (2 to 3 rounds) consisting of a treadmill and mat work component. All the trainers are super motivational and will correct your form and push you to go a little farther each time.
The prices per class are a bit expensive but with the smaller class sizes, you are paying for a more personalized training session in a way so I think it's worth it. They do have a special right now for first timers, it's a 30 day challenge for €199. If you go 14 times or more then you get €99 back. If you break it down, that's like €5 to €7 per class which is a great deal!
Overall, I would recommend urban heroes as the classes are fun, energetic and definitely pushes you. Oh their protein shakes are an additional €5 euro but are a great and tasty reward for finishing a class! read more
