After finding a wonderful new build, we took about 6 months to find the right landscaper. RC Custom Landscape & Stonework and another landscaper were our choices to meet with. Raymundo came out and walked us around the property and gave us a real sense that they knew what was best for the property in what we wanted. We selected RC Custom Landscape and we were not disappointed. We had a wall put up, some cement work done, lots of rock work, flagstone, mulch, trees, grass, and some minor shrubs. There is nothing about our landscape that we don't love. The only issues we had was getting replies to inquiries, but once we started talking with the staff that was no longer an issue. They are worth the price and patience. Everyone that came out to work on the yard was respectful and listened to anything we would tell them. It was a good experience overall. It was like pulling out teeth when trying to get them to make repairs on things that were broken BY…read moreTHEM when at my house. 1. They somehow broke the gutter downspout off completely, it was laying in the middle of my backyard when I checked on the house (currently under contract so I don't live there.) They came and "fixed" it, and when I checked on it again, the downspout fell off with zero effort. I decided to have my own maintenance guy fix it instead. 2. When fixing the roof of my shed that had a branch fall on it and put a hole in it, the worker who went (after being told 3 different days that they would be there to fix it) used the down spout as a prop to hold the plywood as they were cutting it and smashed the downspout. 3. When trimming the tree, the coax cable for internet got pulled down, and I had to ask for it to be put back up because it was just dangling over my covered back porch. 4. They left branches in the backyard from tree trimming and I had to request they came and picked up what was left because they'd already told me they were "done at the house" On top of that, everytime I called to ensure the roof of the shed would be done before closing (tomorrow), the customer service wasn't great and they acted like I was inconveniencing them. Absolutely do not recommend. I paid too much for poor service.
