Popcorn Crispy Chicken Bites
Khanh P.

Went here for lunch and honestly didn't expect too much from the Pad Thai since it's more of a fusion spot. But it turned out surprisingly decent! The portion was just right, and I liked how the noodles and toppings were balanced instead of being overloaded with carbs. Seasoning was on point too. Really enjoyed it! The popcorn chicken is a must try, super crispy and flavorful without being too salty (which happens a lot elsewhere). I'd definitely order both dishes again.

House Pho
Gionne S.

I went here with a few friends post run club. Had the house special pho and tasted the popcorn chicken. The pho was great and had a good and balanced broth along with the combination of meats (meatball, brisket). Bonus points for having cool tables with outlets. Might be a cool idea do some work here in the future.

Rotisserie chicken

Do not try the rotisserie chicken. I might have to call out of work tomorrow now. I took 2 bites of the chicken and my stomach started feeling a little weird. I'm giving them 2 stars because maybe the chicken could've been bad before it even made it to them, but even then the flavor of the chicken was awful. I won't be back again, and I definitely can't recommend it.

They have pretty good food here. Portions could be bigger but not a big deal. All their plate orders are around $17-$22

Randomly went to this place and honestly didn't expect much, but wow the popcorn chicken was crazy good. Super crispy but not dry at all, and that flour they use got so much flavor like I don't even know how to explain it, just really good. The noodles were tasty and not dry at all, with tender meat, and the Pad Thai had a nice balance of flavor. The server was super nice and helpful, made the whole thing even better. Didn't plan to eat here but glad we did.

Came by to pick up a quick lunch and got: 1. Rotisserie chicken with garlic noodles: Don't get the rotisserie chicken; it was super bland. The garlic noodles were subpar and overcooked. 2. Popcorn chicken: The popcorn chicken was seasoned well, but honestly, at this point, I've had better. Overall, I'd skip and go elsewhere.

Grilled Pork Spring Rolls

I randomly ended up here after seeing it nearby to where I was at. I ordered food to go, which seemed to take a really long time but the food was super good. I ordered a plate with filet and garlic noodles. I told my friend I think that they were the best garlic noodles I've ever had! They were cooked perfectly as was the filet. I ordered the pork spring rolls which were pretty good. I didn't order a beverage but the milk teas are all sounded really good. I'd recommend giving this place a try!

Pad Thai with Beef

Stopped by on a very sunny day. The ambiance is very pleasing and the service is top notch. I love their Pad Thai, it hits home. I also tried Garlic Noodles and a refreshing salad to balance the flavor out but overall, I love the experience and would like to come back to try other items on the menu! Highly recommended! (Their popcorn chicken is something else, very addicting to eat).

Been coming here for years and it never disappoints. Food and service are always amazing.

Garlic noodles with filet mignon cubes & popcorn chicken in the back
Ryoung K.

The food was decent! Garlic noodles were good. We got the filet mignon cubes & the crispy chicken for the protein but I personally liked the crispy chicken more. The popcorn chicken was okay, wasn't as crispy as we would have liked. The food was served to us and it came out pretty quickly. Service was decent, as well. Ambiance wise, plenty of seats inside. We went on a Wednesday evening and it was just us two and one more person inside. Price is decent. There's plenty of parking because it's inside a structure with other stores nearby, like 85 degrees.

Are you guys doing dine in?

yes

Is brown rice an option for any rice dish?

We unfortunately do not offer brown rice anymore, sorry for the inconvenience.

Does you guys still have Happy Hour?

no not at this time

Why are the prices for takeout on yelp (especially the filet mignon plate) more expensive than the ones in the photos?

Yes so we did have a price change and we need to update our menus in store. Sorry for the inconvenience

Do you have MSG in your PHO?

My guess is no but I don't ever order PHO. I try to limit salt in my diet.

I didn't notice fries on your menu, but have noticed pics of garlic fries, and filet mignon fries, are you still serving these, if so, what price are they please?

I got the pad see ew with thai bbq pork and my friends got the pad thai with chicken. I thought the pad thai was decent, but I was very impressed with the pad see ew here! Portions are pretty decent as well (as it should given the price point). We also got thai tea which they have in these cute bear shaped bottles. I thought it was a bit too sweet, but we all still enjoyed it as a treat. The kind lady also was able to give me two different chili paste sauces to try when I was asked for it which was nicely appreciated. Definitely would recommend this establishment for yummy Thai food!

What initially caught my attention was the super cute bear logo, and honestly, I'm always down for Thai food, especially when I show up absolutely starving and ready to inhale everything. We got the fried rice with steak, which I think was an extra $8, which felt a little steep for the add-on, but the portion was solid. We also got the pad see ew with max spice, and the server did the whole "are you sure?" warning, which immediately made me nervous because I was expecting my life to flash before my eyes. But honestly? It was more like Buldak noodle spicy. Definitely a good kick, enough to make you feel it, but not the unbearable, regret-your-life kind of spicy I had mentally prepared for. The shrimp in the pad see ew were surprisingly super tender. The thai tea was mid hahahahh the bear got me again.

My wife saw the ad about Gomen Ramen restaurant on Instagram and we decided to go try some Ramen,…read moreshrimp fried rice, and something more but guess what? They are closed due to the sewer problem. Dissapointed! Then we found next door, called Crazy Rock'N sushi. My wife knew this place before but we never tried it yet. Tonight finally we got there. Vibes are young, dark lighting, trendy w open dining area in the middle, booth tables are on the wall. Most of customers are young. I got the menus and hard time to go over all together at a time. So many menus....appetizers, entrée, sushi, specialty rolls, sake list, and a lot more.... We had our fave menu all the time, got the same ones, 2 dragon rolls and 1 super Philly roll w hot Sake. We both said so good. The rice was perfect. Eel sauce was flavorful, thick, chunky, well balanced w fresh salmon and cream cheese. They gave us complementary corn soup in the beginning. Delicious! I got used to start miso soup first but typically corn soup is popular in Korea to give good appetite. The service was super fast, friendly. Price and quality both are great. I didn't know they had happy hour all day. We got 50% off for the 2nd roll. I didn't see any Japanese, korean staff including manager here. Seemed like korean ownership but no one was korean. Haha... We found a great sushi place again near our home. Definitely come again... My wife said, I wanted to try ice cream macarons but I was full. We will try other foods like Udon combo w tempura, Donburi, some macarons, and etc next time. Great vibes, great taste for sushi lovers. Loved happy hour.

Finally my hubby and I decided to try it out. First, the parking is big in the strip mall on Katella. Second, the vibe is trendy, young vibe w dark lighting, I felt different ambiance than typical Japanese sushi restaurants. Lots of customers are young people. That is why the restaurant has toy, doll vending machine at the entrance, very popular in Japan and Korea. For the menus, lots of choices for specialty rolls, Sushi, Donburi, Udon, appetizers, and all different entrées, and desserts including ice cream Macarons. Wow....so many even Sake list. Too many to go over...it takes time. I can't taste everything. Too many menus. Little confused on the first day. The servers are very friendly. The service was so fast even the dinner time was around 6. I really liked all including ambiance, price, quality, and service today. Happy Hour: all day, 2nd specialty roll is 50% off. My hubby liked here for the young, energetic, trendy vibe w quality of specialty rolls and friendly service. We had 2 Dragon rolls and 1 Super Philly roll. Sooooo good, perfect rice, perfect eel sauce, little smaller than other sushi places. We loved the flavors. Just great! We will definitely come back for the different menu.
