Avoid John. I was extremely disappointed with the service John provided. My son has been a customer of his for nearly 1 year. My wife usually takes him, but today he had a 1:00pm appointment and I brought him in at 12:50. John finished up with a customer right at 1:00pm and started in on a customer that appeared to be a friend of his. As he began cutting his friend's hair the two were both on their phones sharing videos and music while John casually worked and seemed to be in no rush at all. After 20 minutes had passed, Que who was very respectful acknowledged that we were waiting for John. John continued to have casual conversation with his friend with no regard for the fact that we were now 20 minutes past our scheduled appointment. At 1:50pm, John finally finished his casual conversation and haircut/beard trim on his friend. At this point, John walked right past us and went outside to look at his friend's car and sit on the curb to smoke s cigarette. We decided it was no longer worth waiting for a haircut as John's behavior was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. As we walked out John looked right at us and continued his conversation without even apologizing or trying to explain his behavior. It's a shame because the establishment as a whole seems pretty top-notch in regards to their quality haircuts and attention to detail. John needs a lesson in what it means to be a professional and treat each and every customer with respect. I will say Que was very professional, John needs to take a lesson out of his book. Unfortunately, we probably won't be back after the extremely disappointing experience with John. read more
