In the last month I have had 2 things being delivered by ups. The 1st attempt they stated no one was home and couldn't deliver. Me and my husband were both home at the time they said they "attempted" to deliver. Needless to say I changed my delivery to a pick up at the maumee location. And yesterday I had another delivery scheduled and now they are saying my house is empty and we have moved. Again me and my husband were home and the time They "attempted" to deliver. But according to them we have moved. Nope we still live there. I think someone is being lazy and don't want to deliver packages! So here I am again going to pickup my package in maumee so I can actually get it. It's sad I pay for shipping and I have to pick my package up! Signed, one highly irritated customer read more

So the Ups man comes to the house, does NOT ring the doorbell, just slaps the pre-filled out 'we missed you' sticker on the door. So i have to call the 800 number, and get told to pick up my package at a certain time at the UPS center, the center is closed, with a note on the door that they will re-open in 2 hours. even the nice man who helps track down the long lost package admits he would rather use fed-ex. read more

Rick, the customer service representative at the pick up building has to have the absolute worst people skills of anyone in a custoner service position I have ever witnessed. As I waited in line patiently I observed him be outright rude to the three people in line in front of me and refuse to help one woman trying to retrive her delivery after she criticized how he treated the customer before her. I held my tounge enough to get my package but he seriously should not be in a customer facing position in any capacity. It is shocking how nasty he was. read more

My package came into the terminal on a Friday, to be delivered on a Monday. I had arranged for a friend to wait at my house that day since I had to work from 9 until 8. At 7:50 am I received a message that it was out for delivery and 15 minutes later I received a message that said that "Due to operating conditions" it was rescheduled. That was it! Called up twice and all they could say was that they would try to get it on the truck. What liars. What a load. It never arrived. Messaged 10 hours later that it was rescheduled for the following Friday. I will try to only use Federal Express from now on. Have never had problems with them. This delivery service is unreliable and just irresponsible on their customer service end. read more
