This has been a total nightmare, I purchased from a consumer "Supreme .com" and they never sent a tracking number. After a week I contacted the consumer and the only way to contact them is through email. I asked for a tracking number if my package was shipped and after a day of waiting for a response they sent my tracking number and also saying that it was delivered the 26 of November. I contacted the consumer and all they had to say was that they were not going to hold themselves accountable for anything. I tried to explain that I have cameras and that the day stated as delivered no ups associate had delivered to my domicile. I had to start my own investigation claim with UPS and after another week of waiting. I was told that they couldn't retrieve my package from the wrong address that it was delivered and that they are sending my refund check to the consumer that already has been paid by me and I need to deal with them. All both of them have done is ruined my son's Christmas and I still don't understand why are they getting the check because they have been fully paid by me and I never received my merchandise. UPS sends me to deal with Supreme and supreme sends me to deal with UPS. This is pure robbery by both companies and I hope no one will ever have to deal with companies that make costumers feel like they are thieves. Never in my life I been treated so poorly read more

BEWARE OF THE UPS LIE! I am writing this review because this is the second time UPS used this excuse to explain why they did not deliver a package on time and it is my opinion that a business should not practice lying to a customer! My package was due to arrive today based on the seller and UPS tracking services. I continued to track my package throughout the day. The UPS website stated earlier this morning that the package was out for delivery. This evening when I checked the delivery status on the UPS tracking site the following information was provided from UPS: "Delivery Attempted. We missed you. We'll try again on the next business day." My problem with this message; is the message is NOT TRUE; UPS LIED! UPS did not miss me!!! I have been home all day tracking and waiting on this package! This practice is dishonest and outrageous! In my opinion, if the UPS driver decides he is done for the day, I guess it reads better for the driver to say they attempted to deliver the package and nobody was home; instead of the truth...I decided to quit before delivering all of the packages on the truck!!! UPS should have a way to track their driver's vehicles to verify if the truck actually arrived at the customer's address; before they allow a LIE to post on their tracking website! Photos say it all. I have asked Costco to use another delivery service, or I will shop elsewhere. Don't need this kind of extremely poor delivery service. Covid-19 is no justification for being too lazy to lift a lid and put the packages into the clearly marked container. I have photos of the person on my trail camera, but will not put them on here. I will not use UPS to send packages, either, as I do not want them set out in the rain. USPS does a better job. read more

Hate when stuff ships UPS. They are HORRIBLE. i have been home since 12pm today. i got an alert saying "attemp delivery" on my phone at 4:00pm. There was NO attempt, there was NO notice on the door, there was NO tire tracks in the drive. They NEVER came. They have done this two other times and miraculously the package shows up the next day I'm not home. I get it you don't wanna get out in the rain but don't straight up lie that just proves your service sucks. bever have a problem with Fedex. You guys suck. read more

Lately, we see the UPS driver drive past our house and does not stop to deliver our packages. He was doing just fine, but all of a sudden it's a hit or miss. Somethings he will deliver others he takes to the UPS Access Point and then we have to wait a day or two to have to pick it up. This is a problem, since the access point is not the easiest to get to. I never write reviews on a place but this has been bothering me. Every time I have a package and it goes through UPS they NEVER deliver my package. I get notifications saying that it was returned to sender and last time they left a note in the door saying sorry they missed me; mind you there was someone home and a vehicle was clearly in the driveway. I then had to pay 7.99 for my package to be available for pick up which I thought was wrong. This has happened to me 3 times in the past couple of months and I feel this situation should be addressed. UPS has been completely slacking. read more

Worst place ever!!! I have been trying to pick my package up since last week. Today they said they lost it and for me to call Amazon. Absolutely unacceptable! These folks are a joke! Only open for 6 hrs a day now (down for 3 hrs during lunch time!) and now are charging to have your delivery held at the depot so you don't have to wait until 8 o'clock at night to get your delivery!!!! I live literally a 1/2 mile or so from the depot on 23rd street yet cannot get deliveries before 5 or 6 pm and usually much later than that. Have actually received one delivery at 10 pm one night. Have had packages lost AT THE DEPOT, delivered to wrong address (next door which was a vacant house), and products meant for a business delivered to me. FedEx depot is in the same area as UPS and I receive their Ground and Next Day air by 12 noon and usually much earlier. UPS makes the post office look good! read more

Was told my package couldn't be delivered to my address as written even though no other carriers had issues with it even after reviewing it. Selected the im store pickup option and gave a callback number to let me know when my package was ready and was never called. Then showed up 3 separate times during which they should have been open according to their hours on the door to pick up my package and the door was locked and no one was available to help. read more

I live in a small community that receives packages several times a week. I have received packages at least once a month. I have two packages out for delivery and at seven o clock at night I get a message that the package could not be delivered due to wrong address, I check and has correct address, I call customer service What a screw up is that. They will say that someone will call you back from the transfer center, never got a call, called back a second time and the second guy looks up the address on google, finds it no problem, doesn't understand why the driver failed to deliver the package. Apologizes for not getting a call back and assures me that the transfer center will call me back before nine, closing time. Did I get a call, NO, tells me that if I don't hear from them to call back tomorrow morning at nine when they open, they're closed for the weekend, who knew. I call back through their ridiculous phone tree, reach another person who starts saying the address was wrong again, before reading through the whole report and then says sorry for the inconvenience of never getting a call. I said inconvenience it is not, its a screw up. I ask to talk to a manager and tell him to read everything before speaking to me. he does and says sorry but both agents lied to me. And will need more training, I said I was concerned that UPS will be unable to deliver the package as their drivers are unable to use google or read a map. They probably shouldn't be allowed to drive. Maybe UPS will hire me as I can read and use a map? What a complete joke. So this is a screw up not just the driver, but also the call center who can't seem to get anything right. UPS really needs to step up their game. Maybe if every two day delivery package that isn't delivered on time were to get a refund, the costs would be great enough to get UPS to fix their issues. read more
