This sub had a KISS of intensity from the seared meats, a KISS of spice from the mayo and capocollo, a KISS of sharpness from the provolone, and a single leaf of romaine to give that little crunch and freshness, so you can tell your mom that you ate your veggies. There's going to be a rock concert in your mouth. With each element in a bit to prove their existence, it ended up being too intense for us. With these all being strong flavors, it's amazing that you could still taste everything. And they work well together. It's just that your taste buds will send an SOS, walking out of a Black Sabbath concert feeling a bit drained, like Spongebob breaking down after working the tables at Squidward's five star restaurant.
