Today I looked for this person again to ask her why I received that bill, and the person who, by the way, is quite rude, answers me that I have to pay it and that's it. When I called and said I was going to file a dispute with my banking institution for fraud, the agent/receptionist was incredibly rude and told me "I told you we were giving you a refund and you weren't satisfied." I wasn't satisfied b/c the refund is less that the amount they deducted. I would 100% seek another agent or location before giving them by business. Terrible customer service with no concern for you as a policy holder.
