Racist behavior I was there few weeks ago with my friend and…read morewe were scanning our purchases in the self-payment section when one of the employees came and started talking to us in Italian and we said we didn't understand Italian but he didn't care and kept talking to us in a bad tone and he didn't care if we understood him or not and he put his card in the machine and pressed a few buttons and started scanning our purchases from the beginning and wouldn't let us even get close to the machine and no matter what we tried to talk to him he didn't care and his breath smelled of alcohol. Finally we found out that the problem was that we didn't scan one item and for that he fined us 10€. I'm not sure if we really missed something and I don't care about the fine. It could be that we really made a mistake and didn't scan one of the items. My problem was with the tone and behavior which was very insulting and there was no attempt to explain to us what happened. If you shop at this store and you are not Italian, be careful not to be treated like a criminal.
