"I had an amazing experience at Adams Auto Group 2 in New Jersey! This is actually my 2nd time…read morebuying a car from them, and they never disappoint. If you are looking for a vehicle, you have to go see Christian Acosta. He was incredibly nice, upfront, and honest from the start. He helped me find a car that fit my budget perfectly and was always quick to get back to me. Also, a huge shout-out to my guy in the Finance Department-he really made the magic happen and got the deal closed fast! It was a seamless, no-hassle process from start to finish. This team really knows how to take care of people in 2026. If you want it done right, ask for Christian!"

Drove 60 miles to Adam's Auto group in Little Ferry, NJ to see a 2018 Land Rover Discover I planned…read moreto buy my daughter. Didn't call before coming, which was an issue because the car was not at that location but at their other facility in Paterson, NJ 20 mins away. I should have gone back home but I kept on course. Once there, George greeted me and let me check out the car.The sales sticker was in the window for $16,789 which is what was listed on CarGurus. There were multiple scratches around the car and a 3-4 inch deep scratch with a dent on the roof that he claimed was likely due to a tree falling on it. The inner cover to the rear hatch was detached as well so He quickly explained that the car was about to be serviced and said it wasn't ready to be sold. I asked why was it being advertised and he said the deal could still be done but the car had to be repaired first. I asked if the price could come down & he tells me the price is based on financing only because they make more money that way. I was paying in cash so he said I can't get that price and it would be much higher. He shows me fine print from their website and I counter that I found the car on CarGurus. 'That's just a 3rd party place for us to advertise. The price will be higher if you pay cash.' I walked out!! Bait and switch. Fraudulent practices, and crappy dealership.
