I…read moreinitially called The Window Source and scheduled an appointment to obtain an estmate to have an exterior double door replaced with a patio door and to have an exterior door to our deck replaced. I received a time to meet with Justin their "design consultant". The morning of the appointment Justin called to say his car had broken down on the interstate and he would call to reschedule. Then late that afternoon I received a text asking if he could call in 15-20 minutes to which I said was fine, but we heard nothing more. The next morning he called and set up a new time and he followed through. He measured the doors we wanted replaced, but actually spent more time speaking badly about a competitor and his experience with them than he did our doors. He said several times he would have a quote back in our email with 1 1/2 hours. Again nothing further. The next morning I emailed advising him I was just following up and assumed he had been busy. Late Wednesday night, I received this five word email "You should have the quote". Obviously we didn't have a quote or I would not have emailed him and his response is at best unprofessional if not down right rude. Naturally The Window Source in no longer in the running for our business. Hopefully this sales consultant serves your needs better than he did ours. All he did for us was waste our time.

Daniel and Blake Mullin, a father & son team, did the installation. Their work ethics and craftsmanship are something you just don't see much of nowadays. If you get either one of these guys to install windows for you, consider yourself lucky. I was placed with a crew who failed to teach me anything about installation, they then proceeded to terminate me due to work ethic and not knowing enough when all was shown was how to clean up. Window world doesn't treat people with fairness or respect and I highly recommend going with a different installation company who respects all customers not just the high paying ones. The jobs are halfway done and quality just isn't there!

Another gave me an estimate without measuring the window, he "eyeballed" the measurements. I called Javier, he actually answered and told me he would be there within an hour. He gave me a detailed account of what needed to be done complete with measurements. Once he was given the go ahead, the window was ordered and installed within a week. Javier did an excellent job and I would definitely recommend him.
