    I will start out by saying I have been a Wells Fargo credit card holder for the past 19 years. In…read morethose 19 years, I have used my card every single month, made every single payment on time, to the point where my credit limit was steadily increased to $15,000. Just recently, I logged into my account as my card was rejected. There was a heading that noted "this account is closed." Fast forward, I spent 9 days and over 5 hours on the phone and in person with Wells Fargo. It took me 5 days before I could even get a hint of what may have occurred. I was repeatedly told, "I have no information, you will receive a letter that explains everything in detail." That letter provided zero detail and only eluded to "potential fraudulent activity." This boiled down to two payments to my WF account from an external bank that were insufficient. Somehow, that was deemed fraudulent. I spoke to 5-6 account specialists, as well as the "highest level" executive at WF and NO ONE was able to resolve this issue. They simply reiterated my account was permanently closed. Then had the audacity to invite me to open a new account. Lack of compassion, understanding, and zero client loyalty. Wells Fargo was our family's primary bank for nearly 2 decades, checking, savings, credit, and we will now act as quickly as we can to dissolve all other accounts. We have never been treated so poorly from a business we have been so loyal.

    If only I could give a zero star - god I hate this place…read more Horrible customer service. Have existing accounts and tried to open a high yield checking - using the ideal app process didn't work, - call to customer service was at least a 25 minute wait, - agent couldn't help and when we tried to open the account I was asked all sorts of questions about my employment / employer. This wasn't a loan application, it was for a personal checking account. Information about my employer is irrelevant and none of their business. Not to mention that I'm already a customer... It also seems that a bank "concerned" about their customers would (1) not create separate "high yield" and "no yield" accounts - how extremely manipulative and discriminatory, and (2) would have already looked at my account balances and reached out to me to move funds into accounts that were paying more interest. Instead, I had to learn about this product on a billboard I've already steered other customers away and it seems going back to a big national bank is in the near future for myself as well....

You cannot pay off principle if you want to ahead of time. They just keep putting your extra money toward the next monthly payment. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME with this credit union. Every time I turn around something odd happens. I have two personal checking accounts, 2 saving accounts, a mortgage, a business checking and a business savings account. I am moving it all to another bank. as soon as can. An example of why: for my business, I needed a money transfer to go to CANADA on a Friday. I got all the information I needed. went back and forth with Blaze (by phone) until it was past their 3pm cutoff. So, they tell me I need to go in on Saturday. Will do. So. Saturday came and I went in to the branch immediately when it opened. I get there and they tell me I needed an appointment. And that they might not be able to get me in. Huh, that would have been nice to know. Anyway, someone didn't show up, actually nobody showed up the whole time I was there (it was crickets), and I was able to get in because of the cancellation. sure.... Anyway, I filled out everything for the transfer with a banker. I was assured the money would go out on Monday. I verified again and was reassured. ok. Monday came and I saw the money was still in my account (it was important) so I started calling them to check on it. They started asking me for more information. It went back and forth until after 3pm. So now the transfer was delayed again... turns out, it is now WEDNESDAY and my transfer is still delayed. They now want wire instructions. This is a simple transfer, they already had the information, but they are completely incompetent. I got the wire instructions, which are no different from what I have already provided. They have no procedures to make sure they ask you for the correct information the first time. They do not know how to make a transfer to Canada, which amazes me. They sent me an email, accusing me of not providing the "needed" information! I called and asked for the manager. I was told he is busy. 3 hours go by and he does not call me back. I am going in to a different branch and making the transfer again. I am not confident that they will even do it right. TERRIBLE. Bad for my business. The staff used to be helpful and knowledgeable. Now I feel they are just incompetent, rude and smug about it. I am sorry to go through the process of changing to a different bank, but I need to do this ASAP.

I waited for my loan disclosure statements for a long time. Never heard anything back after putting all the work into uploading my documents. Stay away from this bank! It's a waste of your time.
