I was never told I would be charged, let alone $300 dollars. In the three month wait (since I figured they'd forgot) I solved my own problem in two hours with google. I literally paid $300 for nothing. I expressed this very clearly to ST&A and they acted like they cared but didn't do anything to change it. I was even told I could wait to pay with my next years tax prep but then I started getting charged interest. STAY AWAY! Terrible business practices and customer service!

We had a lot of different things we needed to do as well as file out of state taxes. Prior to seeing Lori, I called and explained my situation hoping she would be able to help. She was so patient, knew exactly what I was doing and knew the forms I needed. When I asked for a price quote, she took the time to ask a few more questions to be able to give a better quote range. She did stay within her price range and it was a fair price. When I arrived the next day, Lori was very thorough, efficient and asked questions making sure we didn't overlook any deductions. She is very friendly, sincere and honest. She is very knowledgeable! Since we filed out of state taxes, before processing she wanted to do a double check and go through every detail making sure she didn't miss anything. Loved it!!! I will definitely be coming back next year and telling all my friends and anyone looking for an accountant about her. Thank you!!!

Navy FCU is a credit union serving all branches of the Armed Forces, plus veterans and their…read morefamilies. Since I've never served in the military, my qualification is my father was a World War Two veteran. One advantage to belonging to Navy FCU is their customer service is open 24/7. Additionally, since they have very few branches across the U. S., most transactions can be done on line or via the telephone with customer service. Additionally, Navy FCU has ATM agreements with many other credit unions which allows you to access your accounts locally. I've not had any experience with loans from Navy, but I can tell you in general their savings rates are among some of the highest in the country. Navy has several savings specials throughout the year that are outstanding when compared to local institutions. Once I became an established member, the customer service via telephone has been outstanding. If you live in the Louisville area, the closest brick and mortar branch is in Radcliff KY, right outside one of the Fort Knox gates. I have visited this particular branch twice. Both times the business I needed to conduct was handled quickly and efficiently. So far I am extremely happy Navy FCU. One final note: Qualifying and establishing your account with Navy can be lengthy and requires several documents. Their security protocols can be difficult to establish, but this should give you peace of mind once established.

Best for credit unions if you are in the market. I love the online platform and ease of use. read more

I recently bought a 2024 Elantra and added the truck to my insurance policy, which resulted in a monthly premium of over $270. After six months, when it came time to renew, my insurance rate increased. I called and spoke with Summer about this increase, the person who set up my policy. She explained that my truck's value had decreased, but the new car's value had increased, making it almost even in the end. When I asked her why my new car's insurance had gone up, her reasoning was convoluted and unconvincing; it seemed she couldn't provide a satisfactory explanation. I was shocked that an insurance company couldn't clarify why a good driver like me had faced a rate increase. Eventually, I found a different reputable insurance agency that offered me a policy for $95 less per month and included car rental coverage, which would have been more expensive with State Farm. I recommend looking into other insurance agencies before choosing State Farm, or at least this particular office. They didn't make any effort to understand why my insurance had increased, and Summer seemed indifferent about my search for alternatives. It's no wonder people aren't flocking to this company; the customer service is really poor.
