Pulled it off and the static made my long hair go Einstein. The whole place, myself included, all cracked up. That must have established my rep, because now, when I go there, everyone knows who I am. It's like walking into Cheers. One thing we like about patronizing Community First is that they are not part of some national mega-bank. This is a Wisconsin company. We use their web-site all the time to transfer funds and make inquiries. The site always works smoothly for us. You can make a transfer and get the money at an ATM within minutes. Just wish they still carried rolls of gold colored dollars. As those coins make great tips at restaurants. We moved to Community First from Bank US. We have been happy with this place. We will most likely use this bank the rest of our lives, or as long as we stay in the US. Update: They've "improved" their website, Now it truly sucks. Why is it every time someone "improves" their website it is not nearly as good as the old one? I'll give them the chance to get it right as I really like this bank.

THEN, I pressed the issue and asked for someone who was able to disable our card and I was out on hold and then transferred to the lady who they said was out of the office. Interestingly after my initial review my online accounts were disabled and when we called about the issue it looked as if we never set them up. Coincidence? I don't think so. Anyway, I would. Or recommend Shipbuilders for anything.

[Review Updated] BankFirst had refused to issue me a credit for a fraudulent check that was cashed…read morein my name and I was left with a $480 deficit in my checking account for several months. Upon escalating the issue further I was able to get this resolved and they credited back the money. I am grateful for the resolution and I plan to continue being a member (as I have been for the last 12+ years)
