Everyone is mostly friendly but the cashiers in pharmacy are hit and miss. Half super friendly and helpful. The other half snarky. Biggest complaint overall with cvs pharmacy is they continually put prescriptions on auto fill without being asked. We have a lot of prescriptions and inevitably end up going home with one we don't need because it was auto filled. We are there 1-2 times per week and always stress no auto fill. Can't blame them for pushing whatever insurance will pay for, but it costs us real money out of pocket too.
