Same old UPS. They attempted delivery today on a package I did not know needed a signature. They sent me an email notice letting me know I will get my package delivered but said nothing about a signature being required. I want to give this rating on behalf of the front desk manager, hopefully this finds its way back to you. A short wait for the man to come from the employee only portion of the plant. This was to be expected on a weekend near closing time. A mix in the UPS system told me my package was on hold for pickup in their facility but told him it was out for delivery. As I walked out of the door after a 30 minute drive, and a bad attitude towards the man/UPS in general...he called out and asked me to stop. I waited while he went to check the trucks with hundreds of packages, even though he didn't have to and most likely didn't want to. He found my package, fixed the mistake, and I left smiling. Human beings can make big impacts with a positive mental attitude, and it was put on display here. Five stars. read more

These people should 100% not be in customer service. AT ALL. No sense of communication skills, completely rude, and make everything 100x more difficult then it should be. Order was a "sign to receive" package out of the blue. Call them, says I can come pick it up. Go there, package is in an undisclosed location because the worker doesn't want to tell me they actually have the package. Like it became a secret with MY stuff. I paid over 100$ to get this delivered. Clearly in the warehouse, but they didn't have the strength to just go grab it. Laziness. To top it off, this worker was apparently "blocking" the entrance and tries to get rude with me for absolutely no reason because I drove past her car to the ENTRANCE of the pick up point. I just brushed her off and walked in to "try" and get my belongings. Again, these people are HORRIBLE. I need to find the big boss in charge because this was straight up the worst experience of any business I have ever experienced. Pure unprofessionalism. read more

Chose 2nd day business air. I made sure to be at home all day since it needed to be signed for. The delivery driver didn't even attempt to knock or ring the doorbell. I received a text that said they would attempt delivery again the next day and ran outside to catch the truck, but it was already gone. It doesn't take that much more effort to knock, wait 10 seconds, and have it signed for. I do not have the time to sit outside and wait for UPS. I made someone's route a whopping 15 seconds easier by scheduling a pickup. I get to drive 30 minutes out of the way to wait in line with 20 other people at 8:00 at night. You're welcome. read more

I received the most horrible service at this location. A woman by the name Tracy called me and told me to pick up my package in a 40 minute time frame. My grandmother had just passed a dews hours prior so I was literally grieving with my family when Tracy called. I get there within 25 minutes. The front was vacant , there was another customer waiting and I asked if he'd been helped after waiting like ten minutes he said yes. Another ten mins goes by and a male finally comes to the counter. He proceeded with the guy in front of me and ended up upsetting him to where he locks the door after the customer left. I give him my tracking number he grabs my phone(not Covid friendly) he looks up whatever and says "hold on " I can tell there was an issue so I ask is the package here he continues to say hold let me go see something. He leaves comes back and says sorry it's not here. I became extremely upset because I was minding my business grieving my deceased grandmother and Tracey called me!!! Anyway I ask the guy to go get Tracy because that is whom I spoke with over the phone. Tracy comes to the counter with the most ugly attitude I've ever experienced in my 37 years of life. She is a person who does not need to be working with people. If these are the kind of people ups hires I'm glad to take my business elsewhere where customer service is a staple in the business. The UPS Customer Center at 5501 Foursch Dam Pike called me when a delivery issue had to be escalated. Unfortunately, the representative was extremely difficult, to the point that I'm writing this complaint - something I've never had to do. She told me conflicting information: that the delivery had been attempted, then that it hadn't, that it was riding around on a truck for 2 weeks, then no, it was sitting there on the UPS counter, that I had to sign up for MyChoice to make a delivery change, then no that I didn't have a MyChoice account, then argued with me when I confirmed that I actually did have a MyChoice account, then said there's nothing I could do anyway, that my sick niece (the recipient) had to sign up for MyChoice to resolve the issue and that neither I (the one who ordered the package) nor Amazon (the sender) could do anything to have the package delivered. She then refused to provide her manager's name or contact information after I asked multiple times. At the end, she said the package would not be delivered. After half an hour, I had to hang up and call central office just to get a reasonable human being on the phone. read more
