We saw him at the East Herndon location, near St. Agnes Medical Center. We both found him to be very professional, caring and explained what he was doing and the need to have a complete ultrasound of his feet. The office staff was also professional, caring and was able to get my son an appointment for the ultrasound at their Clovis location. We would highly recommend this group to anyone looking for a cardiologist in the Fresno area. PS: the traffic coming in from Los Banos at 12Noon was not bad and the traffic on E. Herndon ran smooth.

There is no direct number to only this office, you have to call another number and then tell them you need to be transfered. The office staff often seems baffled by requests and it often feels like what should be a reasonable question or need is refused or messed up. It's taken MONTHS to get seen by the same attending more than once and they always seem upset when you can't remember your attending when all you've seen is a different resident every time. Ultimately, I feel like the office staff is going to have to have some training on how to actually listen to patient's concerns because I don't go here because of the great service, I go because I need to. Off topic, but important, there is no client/patient wi-fi and there is no service, so if you need to show your Dr an image or a test and it's online, you need to have that page loaded before you go into the building. Ultimately, if anyone else from DKACC reads this I need to impress this upon you, please make sure that patient requests are met or denied as soon as possible, I shouldn't come in with a specific issue and then have to wait 5 days for results while it gets worse.

He takes all the time necessary to discuss labs, medications, and the plan going forward. He has never made me feel rushed or like I was a burden. Dr. Virk listens to my wishes and provides his insights - he truly cares for people and wants nothing but the best for his patients. Thanks to this practice I feel like I'm healthier today than I ever have been in the past ten years. I used to go to Northwest Medical group where my doctor would stand in a corner, talk at me while staring at his laptop, and never spent more than fifteen minutes talking to me after having just waited an hour. The Modern Medicine Group is the opposite of my previous care provider in every way. It did take some time getting established here but that is healthcare nowadays; I had to be persistent and probably bugged the front office staff but they were courteous and professional every time I've encountered them. Mayra is a sweet and welcoming medical assistant. Can't recommend this place enough if you're looking for some place different.

I called the number listed on my insurance card to set up an appointment with Dr. Olson. The office sent me a text and email reminder and I received an early check-in text. When you enter the building, you are screened by the receptionist and then she directs you to the correct MD office since there are 3 other offices within the building. After entering my doctor's office, you check-in with the receptionist there. My appointment was at 10:30 with an arrival time of 10:15. Dr. Olson got to my exam room just before 11:00. She did a very thorough screening and exam. She ordered some blood work. My exam was done in about 45 minutes. Dr. Olson was very professional and caring. What I love about this office building is the lab office is just down the hall. And since I was fasting, it was the perfect timing to get my blood drawn. I had made it just in time to get my blood drawn because they close the lab at about 11:50am for lunch. The phlebotomist was really nice and it was a painless blood draw. I'm glad I was referred to this office and had such a great experience.
