Waste of time. Rip you off by only giving you what they want. Most companies give you a land…read moresurvey plat when they survey the land and mark the property. This company charged $600 just to mark the land, (that was previously marked, just needed verification). NO Survey plat. If we want a survey plat it will cost another $600. No wonder this company is still in business, with the way they rip people off.
