Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to assist us with hotel recommendations and local information. The terminal itself was spotless and well-maintained. They have private pilot lounges, a snack bar, and even ice cream, which was a nice surprise after the flight! The airport is also just a short Uber ride from downtown Greenville, making it very convenient. The only downside was that the 100LL fuel was a bit on the expensive side. Other than that, everything exceeded our expectations. We'll definitely be back the next time we're flying through the area. Highly recommend Cerulean Aviation!

My experiences at Allegiant have been mixed. I will say that my last set of flights, mid August 2021, were very pleasant with happy people at the counter and generally kind attendants in the air. Also, this last time we flew on Allegiant, our flights were on time, and the app was reasonably straightforward to use. Is Allegiant perfect? No. It is a low-cost carrier with tons of rules that cause increased charges. And, being a smaller carrier, they tend to be most impacted by airport issues, so if there's a delay, you can expect Allegiant to be the last plane allowed to leave once the weather clears. Seats are thin and uncomfortable. The airline doesn't expect you to "settle in" and thus provides a very small tray at the seat. There is no wifi in the air or in-flight entertainment beyond what you bring yourself. Snacks and drinks are for purchase only. But for the price and the ability to fly from the Tampa bay area directly to Greenville SC, I really can't complain. Here's a tip: they will try to seat families together, so either reserve all seats or don't reserve seats. If you reserve a couple seats hoping that they'll seat your kids with you in front, there's a good chance that you'll end up re-seated (together) in one of the last rows.

I love that DCA is a hub for AA as I have so many options for nonstop flights, like this one! All of the staff I encountered were helpful and great. Flight might have been delayed from GSP back to DCA, but we arrived on time, actually early! I'll continue to be a satisfied customer of American Airlines!

I am no million-mile person but do fly enough to travel on all the airlines. As of today, American has once again failed. This year alone most of my AA flights have been delayed or canceled. I now expect some level delay as a norm. I am now on my second delay already, with no solution from AA and they would not even look at other carriers. I hate to lose what points I have built but they are now affecting work, and the only recourse will be to stop giving them money if they can't do what is expected.

SW had 8 agents only and 10 Private Security Guards. Total Mayhem. Literally 1000+ people waiting to drop off their bags with eight agents, but only six at the Desk to receive the bags. There are no clear instructions on what to do. Or what your options were. I had an hour and half before my flight. I waited 45 minutes in line and just barely saw the baggage desk 200 yards away. I dropped out of line wheeled my check baggage to thru TSA and to the gate and asked to have my bag checked through due to problems at baggage check. Three nasty looks later I got it. Then I was traveling to my destination and the served beverages to the first 10 passengers and nobody else. As flight 1728 arrived, the flight attendant didn't even know the name of the airport, Greenville Spartanburg. Them the baggage crew stopped unloading cause the claimed to have seen lightning. Not too mention I barley made connections on my flight 8 days prior as the crew was overwhelmed by all the overhead baggage as checked bags are no longer free. Also the aircraft's smelled like a clogged toilet. Timed to switch to Delta or United

The only complaint about this park is that there is no restroom. Only a port a potty. You can rent the picnic area for parties, but the amount is exorbitant, considering none of your guests will have a restroom. This park is definitely one of Greenville's best kept secrets. Just pee before you go.

Apparently they were having computer issues but they never communicated that the the ever growing line. At one point a person who appeared to be a grounds crew told the crowd that they were having printer issues. After waiting even longer we asked if they could print boarding passes at the gate and walk them over. "There is no one at the gate". So we ask if we can go through TSA without a boarding pass so that is what we did after waiting 30 minutes with them having absolutely zero contingency plans.
