I usually deal with John, Lige or Terry in service. They have always bent over backwards to accommodate my fast paced schedule of trying to organize repairs around several different crews. Ewald Kubota approaches their customers the way I approach mine. Be open, honest, admit when you messed up, make it right, and do whatever it takes (within reason) to make your customer happy. 2 events stand out to me in this regard. The first was a couple of years ago; an employee ran over a bunch of metal rebar. It punctured a coolant line and the engine overheated and cracked the engine block. When I brought it in, they told me it was a $7000 repair, and I fully expected them to make me pay for it. They explained to me that because I had full coverage insurance, they would be able to submit it as an accident claim. That although it would take them considerable effort and documentation, they were happy to do it for me. The repair was completed at a $250 deductible and everything else was free. Super happy. The second example is that a few months ago, I decided to upgrade all the tires on our tractors to Michelin Tweels. These are the bulletproof, non-pneumatic tires that were just introduced to the market. They cost $600 each tire, but come with a 2000 hour warranty, which was a main selling point for me. About 150 hours into use, one of the tires started to delaminate from the hub. I sent them a picture and they told me to keep using the tire while they ordered another one and shipped it. A few days later, I brought the tractor in and they switched the tire out immediately with a brand new one at no cost to me. They could've given me the runaround, but decided to stand behind their product even though it was not a Kubota branded product, because they knew that taking a $100 loss every few years to keep a customer for 30 years just makes good business sense. John, Lige, Terry, you guys have earned a customer for life. I don't care that your machines cost more than any other brand; I'll gladly pay it every time because of the awesome service attached to them!

Even open on Sunday for those who are inundated during the week and can't get out except for a weekend. When I first stepped out of my car and began to walk around, it was dizzying. I felt like a kid in a candy store. So many tree varieties to choose from and I couldn't even begin to guess how many acres this place is. There are staff all over going about tending to the plants/trees but if you need help, they will go out of their way to help you. I was assisted by Adam who was extremely friendly and helpful. I simply had a question about a tree but Adam took me around in a cart giving me a tour since it was my first time here. In the end, I did end up buying a tree which they were happy to hold onto until I am ready to bring to my house. All of the staff are very friendly and Adam was especially helpful. They had trees I have been searching for online and some I thought I would have to buy from tree farms and have shipped here. And not only trees, but they have so much for bushes and shrubs and regular plants to decorate your landscaping if that is what you are looking for. Something else I really appreciated was there was no pressure. At other places, I have experienced high pressure sales, but here, they are very knowledgeable and just want to help. If you are looking to add something to your backyard or landscaping, you won't find a better nursery.

Even though we had chilly weather and a little rain, it didn't stop us one bit. We ended up picking close to seven pounds of fresh strawberries and they were so tasty and juicy. The whole experience of walking row by row and picking the perfect berry was so much fun. There's even a helpful little sign explaining how to pick the strawberries properly so they last longer. *Pro tip, leave a bit of the stem on the strawberry as you pick them, they stay fresh longer. We learned that after the fact, but we'll definitely do it right next time. The farm is huge, around 152 acres of expansive land, which was very green, open, and peaceful. It wasn't crowded at all the day we went, which made it even more enjoyable. The kids had a blast. They have a cute little train ride, a fun bouncing area, and plenty of space for the kiddies to run around. The goats were a big highlight for us. You can buy feed for 25 cents a tiny cup, and we went through four pretty quickly - you might want to grab more upfront because they close at 5 and we didn't get a chance to go back for more goat feed. The setup around the goat area was really nice and whimsical, and there's just so much open space to explore and walk and get fresh air. They also have a small gift shop with ice cream and little goodies, which was a nice touch after being out in the fields. Overall, it was such a peaceful, fun, and memorable day. Beautiful views, great atmosphere, and a perfect mix of activities for both kids and adults. We'll absolutely be back. Easily a five star experience.

Love that they don't charge entry fees! They provide you with a box for the berries and charge $3.75 per pound. My girls and I had so much fun picking the berries and eating them after! We also love the farm's homemade strawberry popsicles and ice cream - absolutely delicious. They also offer pick your own flowers, a bouncy area, a barrel train ride, and various arts and crafts activities for kids. There are also baby goats to feed! Fun for the whole family and an awesome day trip.

Sometimes I have to order it and have it shipped to the store, this store is not big enough to carry everything. I got the TS571W heavy duty gate opener it's the same as the MM brand except this one is for tractor supply and does not come with the battery. The little tiny battery they send with it is just a back up battery and I'm on solar. By getting this one it is cheaper and I don't have to buy the battery that I don't need. While I was there, I picked up a wheel for my gate that I open to get into the pasture cause I'm tired of lifting up on it and dragging it.

Friendly attendant found the right chain for me and also the appropriate hooks for the ends of the chains. Cut off two four-foot lengths of chain. after I got them on, my friendly local coach repairman brought me some loaner cables. So I removed the chains and hooks. No way did I expect them to take the chain back but I hope that they would take the hooks and just in case, I took the chains with me as well. The friendly man at the counter said let's try to get those refunded to you. So he called the manager and the manager came up and said you know what you doing business with us we want to take care of you. He said you have the card you bought them on with you?"I did not have the card because it had burned up with the previous coach. but I had a new card. So he figured out a way to put the refund on the new card not just for the hooks for the chain links as well! This is what I call above-and-beyond-service. TSC is my first stop from now on for anything that they might have.
