But the "disappointment" comes from the human touch (not from those tables displaying a wide range of very desirable products). Plenty of hosts wearing special T-shirts are strolling near the entrance to "help" and "guide" you inside the store but apparently there are much less product specialists.
There wasn't so many people in the store but it was strangely difficult to have a product specialist available to discuss specs without a (relative) long wait. Luckily the specialist who came up was good: clear, concise and honest. He managed the sales end-to-end very swiftly.
I wish there were more like him and less from those "regular" clerks. Please, have them trained and converted for a more balanced customer service that meets Apple's customers (usually high) expectations.
