I was called by the clinic a few days after a referral was sent over by my provider. They were able…read moreto get me in the same week that they called & called in a reminder the day before the appointment. The location is easy to find & the parking is decent. It gets a bit weird as the main floor you enter on is considered the 2nd floor (walk-in clinic) & to get to the 1st floor (radiology), you take the elevator down. Katie was the gal who tended to my mammogram. She was great at explaining what she was doing & why. She was also very apologetic for the inevitable discomfort that comes with this kind of appointment & kept it to a minimum... still better than an underwire- sigh.

Let me start by saying I've had extensive dental work over the years. I wouldn't trust anyone else…read morewith the extent of work I've had done. Dr. Landsiedel does exceptional work. His attention to detail and patience to "get it just right" are second to none. While having some crowns redone and working with a lab on the shade of the crowns etc... at a couple of points I was like "It's good enough." Dr. Landsiedel disagreed. He worked with myself and the lab until the shade was a perfect match and I was 100% satisfied. I highly recommend Dakota Square dental and Dr. Landsiedel for any dental needs.

I cannot say enough great things about this dental office. My husband and I both go there and have…read morealways had exceptional service and a fantastic experience. The first time my husband went in he had tooth pain and they discovered a very detrimental issue in his jaw that required immediate surgical attention. The dentist made him come back in on a Saturday -- guys, a SATURDAY. We spent a lot of money repairing his jaw/mouth but it was so worth it and we are so appreciative of the attention we received. Ever since that incident, we visit this office for our routine cleanings. The office: - is clean - provides drinks and snacks - plays music during the cleaning - has the dentist complete the cleaning! (never had this at any other dental clinic) - works through paperwork, insurance and payments easily

I walked in for another reason and decided to give them a shot. I had to schedule an appointment…read moreand come back then (walk ins not available) - which was to be expected. My appointment went well. Staff were friendly and experienced. I purchased glasses, sunglasses and contacts. Comparatively, after the add ons of scratch resistance and anyi-glares, the pricing was significantly more than getting the same from my previous provider. Top notch exam and fitting. In other words, I purchased the same price range frames, exact same contacts and added the same coatings, but the add-ons here were apparently much higher, as I did have sticker shock of over $400 more than expected, based on previous experience with another provider. Also, I did not like that the written prescription was not provided, thus, I was unable to purchase additional items elsewhere, without going back in to request a copy of my script. I should have asked for it to start with, I accept blame for that. In summary, good service, good products, prices seem inflated compared to others.

Go see Dr. John Chase - Absolutely!…read more Being from Carlsbad, CA, I had certain expectations when I booked my appointment with DCA for my crown replacement which popped off on my flight to Minot. Dr. Chase (and his assistant Jasmine), the DCA staff, and the building/lobby/rooms were WAY more than I expected. John was - patient, gentle, deliberate, calming, communicative, thorough, competent, and very good at his craft. Not to mention the quality of my x-rays were the best quality and detail I have ever seen, next to MRI scans. So much so, that I may forgo my dentist in my local city and wait until my next trip to Minot. Thanks again John & team. Well done. Mark T.
