If I ever live in Yakima again I will likely show up there with my belt on and my Milwaukee impact in hand. lol If your a customer I can tell you, the way All services, Inc. addresses customer service is knowing exactly what the customer wants and then telling the crew to get it done. Its really that simple. You may experience what many clients have and that is there is somewhat of a wait time to get your building. Just hang in there, there is a good reason you'll need to wait, its because your gonna be super happy with your building. Chances are you're gonna get to learn quite a bit yourself just being there watching as your building goes up. I know I learned so much, just about everyday I was there. The really great thing is that Ive taken the AutoCAD Engineering classes and now after my time at All Services, Inc. i am comfortable and confident that I can absolutely build every single facet of a great shop or warehouse from the ground up. Heck, we even knocked out a few residential duplexes and some of the most fun things to build was adding rooms into peoples shop buildings down the road after they had their building for a while and determined they needed more aspects to their building. I called all over town and got quotes from 5 different roofing contractors. Ben with Integrity came out, checked out our roof, and gave us a quote for a 30 year Pabco Premier Roof. He also spent a few minutes reviewing color options and gave me a time frame of when it could be completed. Ben told me that a 40 and 50 year roof weren't worth it in my case due to the pitch. I appreciate straight-shooters, especially when it comes to contractors. Ben's quote was in line with the low estimates and we decided to use him based on their quality of work with many of the local houses that he referenced me to. Day 1: Ben's crew arrived on site and knocked out the entire demo! We have a lot of square footage on our roof. I figured out would take closer to two days. Keith was the foreman on my job. He was fantastic (except he's a Raiders fan!). He kept me updated on the status whenever I was interested. The crew did a great job of cleanliness also. They put tarps down and kept everything clean throughout the entire process. Day 2: The crew arrived and big a big portion of the roof. It was brutally hot out, so Ben told me he wasn't going to make his guys work through the heat of the day (I was glad to hear it!). They did a ton of work and finished about 75% of it. Day 3: The crew showed up and finished up the rest of my roof before noon. I also paid them a little bit extra to install a solar vent on my roof. They showed me pictures of the entire installation process to show me what exactly they did. It looks great and was installed just like it needed to be. Overall, our roof looks fantastic and we couldn't have asked for anything more. Aside from the new roof, you'd never even know they were here! I've got a background in Construction and I'll tell you this - Ben and his crews knows their stuff. Integrity Construction does high quality work at a reasonable price. There's nothing else you can want from your contractor! I will recommend these guys to everyone that I know. If you need a new roof, make sure to give these guys a call! You won't regret it!

Not a fan of these guys so far. I called to have them measure my door and was told I would get a…read morecall the next day with a quote. I was happy with the fact that they could get on it so quick! Waited three days and called back they had measured the doors and had a quote but never got it to me. They say they mailed it out but I never recived it nor did my mother (the door was going in at my mothers) Ok e-mail me the quote all is good. Got the quote. I then decided to raise the door opening up a few feet. I delay on my part. It took a day to get it done and I called them to remeasure. They came back out and did the remeasure promptly again. But again I got no quote and called then after a couple days. The again e-mailed me a quote and i ordered it the same day 5/7/13. They said it would take a couple weeks maybe three to come in then they would get right to it. Two weeks later I have heard nothing from them so again call them. They say it wont be in untill next tuesday (ok they said it could take three weeks) and they will call me then to scheduale the install. OK back to waiting. I wait a week nothing from them so I once again call them no door. It will be in next tuesday and they will call as soon as they get confirmation that it's coming to set up install date.Ok I wait never hear from them so I call them to see if they have confirmation on the door coming in. THEY DO!!! YAY!!! 5 weeks later but it going to be here at last. They will call to set up install date. Never hear from them I call back and like usuall they say they left a message. I never got a message (i do have a machine double checked that they had my home number right and my work number as well) whatever at this point. They set up install for 6/13/13. Today is 6/14/13 no door installed. I called them this morning and of coarse they say they left me a message on the machine trying to confirm the date and got no response. GRRRRRRRRR!!!!! I tell the lady i'am not happy about this and she tells me that they needed me to confirm so they knew they would have access. I expain to her that when we set up the date I told her that the door was in a place that had no access problems and that if no one was home they could just go ahead and to the install no need to check with me first and that she said that would work. But now my door is not installed and i'am told that the next available date is the 24th. This is almost 7 weeks later (since purchase date does not include thedelay i caused). The worst part is their complete lack of communication. I had to call them every step of the way. I have checked my caller ID and no missed calls from their number. No messages were ever received that they say they left. No quotes were reseived in the mail that they say they send. I find it hard to believe that my caller ID, Voicemail, and the USPS get me everything everyone else sends me no problem but everything from Overhead Doors of yakima somehow gets lost in the mix. I hope this review does not effect my door getting installed and I even though about waiting untill afterwards to write it just to make sure but i've had enough. I will update this after they do the install to let you know how it goes.
