The Johnson family running this business, could not be nicer or more helpful. In fact, every single…read moreperson working, there had a joy about them, so you could tell it must be a well run business. It was the most beautiful nursery center I have ever seen! I couldn't believe how clean, how organized and how beautiful and healthy all of the plants were. Charlie and David were so helpful in assisting me in picking out the exact little gem magnolia trees that I wanted. I also picked up a few different varieties of hydrangeas on my way out. I will definitely be back! So nice to see that there are still businesses that do an excellent job serving their community.

One star because that is the lowest review that I can give. My family had used this pharmacy for…read moreover twenty years. My parents regularly got prescriptions here and drove 45 minutes one way to use this pharmacy. We had never had an issue until yesterday. They refused to fill my dad's prescription after making him wait for ten minutes. They said they did not want to "deplete their supply". Isn't that what a pharmacy does all the time? They said he hadn't been there in months. That's true, because my mom had a heart attack and stroke and was in a nursing home in Chattanooga dying. My dad has been so grief stricken since her death that he has seldomly went anywhere in months. I had been getting his prescriptions closer to where I worked because I don't have the time to always drive to McMinnville. He decided to start getting it from them again now that he felt like getting out only to be refused for no good or legitimate reason. Then when my sister called to ask why they did this, they were horribly rude to her. I will NEVER use this pharmacy again and will gladly tell others how they treat customers who have been with them for over twenty years. Just unbelievable that they would treat my father this way.

LASIK Eye Surgery is a game changer!…read more I've been a glasses and contacts wearer for over 25 years. I've been contemplating Lasik Eye Surgery for going on 10 years. The fear of having eye surgery always kept me from going through with Lasik. After many discussions with Donna, the Lasik Eye Coordinator I made the decision to go through with Lasik. The initial consult with Dr. Hudson eased all my fears of Lasik. She was very thorough with testing to ensure I was a good candidate for Lasik. When she told me I was a good candidate, that gave me the confidence I needed to do the surgery. The day of surgery went smoothly! Dr. Hudson walked me through the entire process during surgery. I was nervous but she calmed all my fears. Post op has been great as well. The day after surgery was my first appointment. I like the fact she truly takes care for her patients before, during, and after care. I still can't believe I no longer need glasses or contacts. My eye sight was 20/20 the day after surgery. My quality of life is so much better already. I no longer have to worry about where my glasses are or if I have enough contacts and solution. The freedom I have now is like an outlook on life! I can't recommend Dr. Hudson and her team at Middle Tennessee Eye enough! If you have been on the fence about Lasik, let this be your sign to make the appointment.

Do you like friendly, small town service that is fast? Stop going to Walgreens, CVS and especially…read moreWalmart for your medications, go to Gordonsville Drugs. I'm serious about the friendly service. I've been going to this drug store once a month for almost two years because I like taking magic pills that keep me from spawning little Valories. After just two months they not only knew me by name, but what prescription I was picking up every time. I never have to tell them. I never call in my prescription. I just walk in and they know. If only every aspect of life could be like this. I am really terrible at small talk. I'm just so bad at it. I never know what to say, I'm kind of shy (I think I just heard everyone that knows me well laugh collectively), I sometimes say awkward things. The employees here love to make conversation and even know about the lives of some of the other patrons. I chalk this up that everyone in this town knows each other and I'm a new comer. I think they've taken pity on me so they don't really try to small talk me anymore, which I appreciate. They greet me pleasantly and I greet them, they get my prescription, we pleasantly say bye. End of perfect transaction. You never really have to wait that long, but just in case you do you can sit and watch the television or look at the many goods in the store. It's like a tiny department store with clothes, purses, cookware, jewelry, etc. Seriously, stop giving money to the chain pharmacies where the pharmacists have superiority complexes and bad attitudes and sadistically make you wait hours to a day for your medication. If you're in Gordonsville or Carthage, this should be your new pharmacy.
