Over the last six months, I've had to bring my car back 3 to 4 times to get Paint Protection Film (PPF) and paint correction redone because they couldn't get it right a single time. Here is the exact timeline of how this unfolded: 1st Pick-Up: Delivered three days late. Paint correction was left unfinished, body scratches remained, and touch-up work wasn't completed. I had to point out missed rock chips on the roof on the spot for them to fix right then and there. 2nd Repair: Delayed again. The original issues weren't resolved, and paint touch-ups under the PPF were left completely unaddressed. Less Than 2 Months Later: PPF bubbled up all over the car. My texts were left on "read." They only responded immediately after I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). Less than two weeks later, a large amount of green chemical residue appeared on the front of the vehicle, forcing another return trip. Recent Issues: The film near the door handle started peeling off again. The communication is non-existent unless forced by a third party. I finally had to cut my losses and take my car to another shop to fix their work.
