Bought Wink Scrubs 2 weeks ago. I had bought wink scrubs from them before and they were fine. This purchase I noticed after one wash and the pants had shrunk which was unusual. I checked and found out that they have uniforms made at different places so while one size from one country was comparable to the States the other was from Vietnam which I guess with smaller people the scrub sizes were also smaller. The biggest thing is that once the sale has been completed there is no refund only store credit or exchange. If it wasn't for the proximity I would not shop there. read more

If I could give no stars I would! This place has to be the worst customer service I've ever experienced! From the moment I walked in it was an awful experience! I wasn't greeted at the door and the employee wasn't helpful either! When I asked for the manager, he was so rude and eventually went on saying that he didn't care about the customer!
