Her attitude changed from friendly to very cold,I was not shown any of the equipment used for the colon hydrotherapy session,I was not given any of the promised diet sheets to review,in fact I wasn't given a receipt of payment, nor was I asked for further treatments. Its a shame when a health care provider uses her own religious values to cloud her code of ethics, I found the whole experience cold and very distance, and learned nothing about my procedure,as far as fluid color, and texture of by/products. No idea of water filtration, or the ( hopefully ) disposable equipment used,.As far as repeat business,or adding her to my team of health care providers,A definite NO. I have given sufficient time for a response, nothing. I hope others keep in mind what you say may be held against you in quality friendly service.

So this pathetic worm nearly costs me my job because of this, and I have to pay 50 bucks for an extortio- I mean doctors letter. Then I find out I have to keep getting this letter and buying doctors note for two additional clown years. This cow is going to start getting invoices. She couldn't properly diagnose depression or prescribe medication for my actual problems without a fight or argument but this quack can fraudulently diagnose me with cannabis consumption disorder on a whim? It's never affected my professional life until this pathetic excuse of a doctor made it difficult to drive, thanks to her fraudulent quackery. I'm already in a tight situation and this worthless excuse for a doctor has made life more difficult for me at every turn. Completely worthless, Stupid. Unprofessional, lying idiot of a woman. Don't waste your time with her unless you like being blamed for everything. Yeah sorry, I think you have to do more to earn your doctor's wage than just blame everything on marijuana.

****AVOID THIS PLACE*** 0/5 STARS I would not even give them 1 star. I brought my 6-month-old puppy…read morein because he was sick. They didn't even do a proper exam, no x-rays. They sent me home with medication, told me my puppy would be okay, and said if he kept vomiting in 2 days to bring him back. They charged me $540 for exam, consultation and medication; my puppy died 8 hrs later. This place didn't seem concerned about his 3 episodes of blood loss from his rectum. I told them twice, once on phone and once in person. I put my trust in them and got burnt. I am no vet or vet assistant, but it didn't take me long to research to find out my puppy clearly had a severe case of intestinal worms; the blood loss , pale gums, and pale nail beds required a blood transfusion-instead they downplayed it and sent me home thinking everything would be fine if he took his medications. NEVER AGAIN..... will i ever put my trust in a vet. This could have been prevented if his blood loss had been looked into better and taken seriously. Unless your beloved pet is being brought in for basic care and non-emergent, I would strongly suggest not bringing them here.

Unfortunately I began bleeding and cramping yesterday and it got heavier overnight, fearing a miscarriage I went in yesterday because I saw they were accepting new patients and made an appointment for today to see whats happening. When she came into the room she was cold and asked what my visit is for. I tried explaining that I was pregnant and I began to bleed yesterday and started crying while I was trying to speak. She showed ZERO compassion for how I was feeling. She then asked when my last period was and then said "oh, well you're just getting your period then." So I had to re-explain no, my expected period was on June 16th, so I was 5 days late which has never happened before in my life and I showed positive on 4 separate home tests. So she then rolled her eyes and printed off a piece of paper to go to the lab for urine and blood tests. I stood up and she handed me the paper and simply said "close the door on your way out." I went in to the lab to get my tests done, then waited in the waiting room to get a call up to the front to be told "it's negative, you can go." I COULDN'T believe how insensitive this whole experience was. I'm trying to get pregnant and have most likely miscarried and was told oh well, you're not pregnant now so nothing we can do. This has been an already stressful and traumatizing experience and then to be treated like this made the whole experience way worse :( I'm heartbroken and will never be going back to this disgrace of a "family clinic". She should be ashamed to call herself a family doctor.

My complaint is all about the front desk employees that I find full of attitude as if they are bothered to do their job. There is one of them is always extremely condescending and she is always trying to push you away as if she gets bothered if you show up to even come there and this is not my first time that I had to interact with her. When I went to the walk in clinic today she was extremely lazy, condescending, full of attitude and told me that I am not even a patient there. She didn't even check in the computer to see if I can get in for a walking clinic, though I heard another patient that was dealing with another front desk person that he was able to get in for the same walk in clinic. I am a patient at this clinic. Maybe if she would actually do her job and do it properly she would get to know who the patients are in that clinic. Isn't your job to help patients to see a doctor? What are you getting paid for then? I don't know why this clinic even has her as a front desk person. If I could give a minus 5 I would. Very disgusted and extremely disappointed with this front desk person that I believe she should not even be there.
