Several associates passed by without acknowledging me or offering help. Thankfully, Lindsay stepped in and turned the experience around. She was personable, attentive, and genuinely helpful. She took the time to pull different options, make thoughtful suggestions, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. Her patience and professionalism are exactly what you hope for when visiting a store like this. She's the reason I stayed, and the reason I'll consider coming back.
