I've been an excellent customer and I wait for more than 3 months thinking they had ordered a chair for me. When I finally reached out on Feb 24/25 to the store manager (Marvin) I was told the owner would be in the next day and he would check on it. We are now into the middle of March and I'm still waiting to hear back. They apparently don't want my money so I ordered the chair from a different business. It's a shame bc Evan and Lisa used to have a decent team at the Columbus store.
