They have a website for booking appointments,…read morebut apparently the times they allow people to book aren't actually available because they'll change your appointment after the fact since they "have other things to do" as if clients don't also have schedules and responsibilities. Instead of working with people to fix the issue, they refund the deposit and somehow make it feel like it's the customer's fault for booking a time THEIR system showed as available. Very inconsiderate and difficult to work with.
