They opened an account but then denied me the loan i needed which was why i went there. I closed the account i had just opened and left. I'd recommend against using this credit union. Giving them one star only because i can't give them negative ones.

As I live in Arizona all this was done on line and when I had a problem Phaysy was able to walk me through whatever I was having trouble with, and if you ask my son he'd tell you when it comes to computers that isn't an easy task. My checking account had several issues (my fault) and I needed advise about my home mortgage. I have been a customer of Chase Bank for over 13 years in Salem and have consistently received top notch service - however the outstanding efforts that afternoon by 2 amazing Chase Associates prompted me to write my first review of Chase Bank on Social Media. Susie Maldonado - Officer / Relationship Banker provided me with outstanding customer service and resolved the issues in my checking account. Ben Gonzalez - Sr Home Lending Advisor outlined several helpful options regarding my home loan. Susie and Ben are simply amazing. Thank you. FIVE STARS !!!

I feel it's important that the general public is aware that there are more ethical places to entrust their personal banking to. Additionally, the new hire (whom I believe her name is also Jessica) could use a brush up in effective communication and listening skills and how to properly represent a company when a banking client has a sensitive and already stressful life scenario. Continuing education for your staff is highly recommended. Do better Embold McMinnville!

It appears that my first review was incorrectly given 1 star. I give Jessica and her team 5 stars!read more
