When two others showed up, totally was not crowded so we had some delicious ramen to warm us up! It's nice inside but nothing to blow your socks off. If I could complain, which aren't necessarily complaints, more of a "we got there on an off day" type of thing: any beer on the menu was unavailable except Kirin. No biggie but when it was time to pay, the card matching wasn't working. Luckily we had enough cash to cover the bill but this seems like something good to tell folks before the order. Other than that, location is great, staff friendly, and food tasty!

(IMO good Asian food that's worth its price is hard to find) THEY MOVED: Friends took us here in 2013 when it was called Floating Market & located on Theodor-Heuss-Straße 14. We were so bummed when we thought they closed. But we found out they moved in 2017 and changed their name to AYUTTHAYA Bar & Restaurant on Gerberstraße 5A. The food is still delicious and has that spicy Thai kick to it. Smaller space than before, but still clean and lovely. FOOD: My husband always orders pad thai, and this was one of the best ones he's had. I had #41 Jungle curry ___ (can't remember the rest). It's not the coconut curry I thought. It was more like a sauté sauce with lemongrass, but I'm so glad I picked it! Definitely will come back!

Our appetizers came quickly and our entrees a couple minutes after we devoured the starters. The portion sizes are worth the price as they are large and shared with the table. My Pad Thai was flavorful I only wished they asked me how spicy I wanted it (as most Thai places do) because there was no spice to it unfortunately. My friends garlic beef with green beans was very good and well balanced and I love the fried garlic. We were all full and were able to take some of our entrees home. I will definitely be back to try more of their cooking whenever I am in the area!
