Another five days went by and after too many unreturned calls, they provided me with an estimate that was ten times what the insurance company allowed! The summary of the restoration costs were beyond imagination. They use fear-mongering tactics in the hopes you will pay above and beyond anyone's reasonable needs. If you question what they suggest, they give you the impression if you don't follow their suggestions your quality of life would be in imminent danger! We had squirrel damage, they felt the need to do a forensic clean! A human didn't die, the squirrel did. Service is beyond horrible and none existent actually. Do not waste your time calling this location.
