Hailed by Men's Fitness magazine as the 'world's leading personal trainers', Ultimate Performance (U.P.) is not your standard Amsterdam personal training operation.
We don't care about being your friend - that's a bonus, that's nice to have. Our trainers don't have hyphenated careers (i.e. actors-models-dancers-trainers), their sole focus is to help clients achieve results.
They all work full-time for us and don't get involved in anything else that could distract them from their overarching goal of maximising the client's return on their investment of time and money. That's why our private gyms are just for our clients.
We are not for everyone. We are only for those people who want to make a commitment to changing their bodies.
We get results, plain and simple. In the land of the fitness gimmick, you may not believe all our sensational before-and-afters, in which case you'll have to believe in grand conspiracies because we've literally hundreds of photos and videos to choose from - all from people who train for three weeks or more.
History
Established in 2009.
We are the only international personal training business in the world and we have built our business via an uncompromising focus to get results.
Founded in London, England in 2009, U.P. quickly became known as the premier results-producing team in the UK. Since then, we have opened our private gyms across four different continents of the world: Europe, Asia, Australia, and North America.
The reason why U.P. is such a unique business in the personal training industry, which is full of one-man bands and studios that struggle to expand, is our unwavering commitment to our beliefs that the quality of our product (personal training) comes first and those commercial considerations, and success, follow so long as we back up what we say we can do with our clients.
Meet the Business Owner: Nick M.
U.P.'s founder, Nick Mitchell, is widely regarded as one of the most successful personal trainers in the world.
Nick is a multiple best-selling author and national newspaper columnist, and he has written magazine columns for Muscle & Fitness, Flex, Men's Health, and Men's Fitness.
Although he is the owner of the number one company in his field, Nick's proudest professional achievement is in turning the personal training industry on its head and giving his trainers a viable long-term career platform in an industry that is dominated by short-term thinking and burnout.
